We did two days at universal and were able to walk back and forth no problem with the kids. The host is very responsive if you have any questions. It was nice to have the garage so that we didn’t need to worry about our vehicle parked on the street overnight. There is a grocery store just a mile down the road for anything you might need. This was the perfect place for us to stay and feel like we were at home on a trip.

Shawn was very easy to communicate with. The condo itself is just what we needed. The garage space to park cars, and an area around to load an unload the car was so helpful. The kitchen was well equipped.

This is a beautiful property and the communication with the host was on point. There were several places to eat within walking distance and a grocery store less than a mile down the road.

Shawn was very accommodating and responds quickly. I love how close it is to universal studios. Whether you decide to walk (about 15 minutes) or take an Uber for about 10, you still save on paying for parking at universal of 40.

The property was perfectly located for our trip to Universal. We took an Uber for a few bucks vs walking but it’s an easy walk. We chose this home based on reviews of cleanliness and it did not disappoint. Very clean!

The space was open and clean with room to relax, plenty of restaurants nearby and the location was ideal being minutes from Universal and the freeway.

LA Vacation

The site was very clean and exactly as portrayed on VRBO. It’s amazingly close to Universal Studios, a huge plus. We were very comfortable there and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place near the park!

Shawn made our check in easy and stayed in touch with us throughout the weekend. The home is very comfortable and close to Universal Studios. I will def stay here again!
