We had a great, relaxing stay. Beautiful view from the deck, steps away from a pool and all the comforts of home available in the condo. We would definitely stay here again.
Wouldnât hesitate to give five stars in every category, except for a small issue with unavoidable noise. When sitting on the patio, you definitely heard traffic noise and there was a jumbo jet lining up for a landing at the airport about every 15 minutes.
We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was do helpful & so sweet. The condo itself was good but the bathrooms really need a upgrade. Overall we really enjoyed being back in Palm Springs. Hope to come back in the winter.
A good place to stay. Quiet, clean, close to downtown Palm Springs (10+ minutes), hiking trails and El Paseo (20 minutes). Lots of swimming pools on the property, everyone very friendly.. Kitchen well set up.
Only drawback was the bbq is a charcoal briquet type. Felt uncomfortable using it on the 2nd floor balcony so passed on that.
Apartment was good, unfortunately with many exceptions. The first night I opened the washer door, it smelled horrendously like mold and mildew. Having lung cancer I was very worried. When we first viewed the apartment, it had an odor to it, which we thought was just from being closed up. I texted them immediately about the mold and mildew smell and they did bring me an air filter two days later. I washed one little load and the mold/mildew smell never left. We constantly left the doors open.
That same day we got there. I was making the pot of coffee for in the morning and it was absolutely filthy with old coffee grounds still in it. It did not have a coffee filter in it either.
A fryer of sorts still had food and grease in it. The first night my socks got damp and dirty. There mustâve been a water leak somewhere. I laid some beach blankets down where I suspected the water leak.
Itâs a shame, because the apartment was very cute, except for the wall hangings and the old bathrooms. They were extremely gracious with their paper towel, towels, wash rags , trash bag, lotion, and things like that. Actually the best as far as extra items available to use!
If they would just repair that leak and get the carpeting replaced and/or cleaned, it would be a wonderful place. The people were very nice, not quite as nice after all the issues, but still decent.
