Room and view from the balcony was great. Only negative was hot tub. Was not hot and was actually more like a kiddy pool.

Another Perfect NSB Beach Vacation

We are repeat visitors to this property, we love it so much. This property is the best NSB has to offer and again, we already booked for next year. We cannot wait to return. Sparking clean and very attentive property manager, it does not get any better than this.

Fantastic 4th of July Week

This property was just what we were looking for, updated, comfortable with enough space for our family. Gorgeous views and because of the location not overly crowded, especially during a holiday week. We had a few minor issues but the management company was in contact with us and help us resolve everything quick and efficiently.

Nice stay at New Smyrna Beach

This condo is situated very close to the beach and has beautiful sweeping views of the Atlantic. New Smyrna Beach is accessible via a short board walk. The condo is a corner unit with views to the east and north. The 3 BR condo is comfortable and we enjoyed the visit.

Beach Dream Condo

Outstanding condo in outstanding location on New Smyrna Bch. Great atmosphere, pool, beach access. Only negative is the pool chiller was inoperable so pool water was very warm. Overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended

Perfect Beach Condo

We had a fabulous week in this sparkling clean "beach chic" ocean front condo. Beautifully furnished and decorated and a well appointed kitchen. New Smyrna Beach is the best Florida beach and Schooner Point is the best property in NSB. The grounds and pool are perfectly maintained, with a hands on property manager on site. Highly recommend.

Best view EVER!

We had a wonderful time in New Smyrna Beach. You can’t beat the views from this condo, and the walk to the beach is very short and easy. The condo was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be for the owners to replace it he mattresses in the master bedroom and the twin bedroom (or add mattress toppers). The mattresses in these rooms were very worn and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the condo was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and incredibly well stocked with anything you needed. The kitchen made preparing meals easy and allowed us to dine at home if we wanted. We added a few key items to the kitchen we found would be helpful, chip clips and measuring spoons. The condo had an abundance of linens and beach towels, which was appreciated! We enjoyed doing some puzzles and were impressed with the games and options for fun! The cooler bag made taking drinks with us on outings easy. I can’t say enough about the conveniences provided by the host, this wasn’t your typical bare bones place! The internet and TV was spotty, but I think it was a Spectrum issue. The location was amazing and the million dollar view made my few days of working bearable. The pool areas was great, and the non-driving beach perfection! The hard sand and wide beach was perfect for daily walks. I even found lots of amazing shells especially on a more wintery day. We enjoyed many delicious meals at the local restaurants and hope to come back soon.

NICE BUT NO COMMUNICATION

I had questions about new seawall being built before i booked. Called and Emailed both property management company and VRBO. Never heard anything back from either one, I guess that's how you keep things quit.

Noise, not clean

Walked in cat hair all over the place on furniture on balcony,screens were torn and flapping around paper shades in bedroom held up with duck tape very few utensils etc. very noisy slamming doors loud party til 12:30

Beachy Memories

What a great week we had! This property met all of our expectations, and then some. The location and corner unit was just fabulous. Loved the wrap around porch and views!! Even when not on the beach itself, the 2nd floor porch felt like you were still right there. Every morning sunrise on the porch, and then peaceful walks on the beach. My teenage boys had the best time riding waves, playing beach football, and swimming in the pool. I loved relaxing on the beach, reading, and collecting shells. Even the few rainy afternoons didn’t bother us - we just napped or played games. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs. Master bedroom spacious and bed comfy. Large walk-in closet for us to stow all our luggage out of the way for the week. Info I saw said no washer and dryer included, but there is a small stacked unit to wash towels and such. Super comfy couch in the living room - although we were outside almost all the time. The kitchen really has all that you should need for cooking meals, which we did a few nights. And then one of the best meals out was at SoNapa, a couple miles north - worth the splurge! We hope to return sometime to make more beach memories!! Beautiful view, spacious, very clean!

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Two of the 3 bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen had everything one can think of to use. There were plenty of towels and linens as well. The condo also had a washer and dryer which was a major plus. Only downside were the tiny barely visible mosquitos that resulted in many itchy bites while on the balcony trying to enjoy the view :(

Soooo relaxing

Condo was cleaned and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels, etc. The view is amazing and the whole vibe is total relaxation. Would definitely come back!

Schooner Point Condos are beautiful and well maintained.

Our condo with a large balcony facing the ocean is beautiful. The staff and tenants at Schooner Point are very friendly. The pool area and pool is large, heated, and well maintained, as well as, the grounds. Morning walks on NSB beach is relaxing and very enjoyable. Restaurants including Baci's, So Napa Grill, JB's are excellent and reasonable. The Catholic church is beautiful. We had a perfect vacation.

Location, location, location!

Perfection location - steps away from a stunning beach. Perfect sized apartment with everything provided in the way of towels, linens and kitchen gear. Grocery stores are close by as are numerous restaurants

Perfect week at the beach!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this condo unit, the rental company and all the special things that make New Smyrna our beach of choice. Having three small children, the sleeping arrangements were perfect in this unit. It was terrific to be able to see the crew at the beach, or the pool from the balcony. Everything we needed was in the unit, and all of the accommodations were very comfortable. We intend to return to this particular unit year after year. I also want to send a special thanks and note of appreciation for Great Ocean Condos -- when one of my children left their special baby blanket at the unit, the owner and staff went above and beyond to locate it and send it back to us. Thank you for a great stay and terrific customer care!
