Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your review and for bringing the issue with the thermostat to our attention. I'm glad to inform you that we've replaced the thermostat, and it now functions properly. The lowest temperature it can be set to is 70 degrees, so you shouldn't encounter any further issues with it. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Additionally, I've taken note of your feedback regarding the onsite manager and have sent a message to the HOA to address this matter. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve the experience for all our guests. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're thrilled to hear that the unit made your week very nice, and we appreciate your suggestion about updating the pictures. We'll certainly look into it. Adding an outdoor fan on the balcony is a great idea to address the Pelican Sanctuary smell. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience!

Apologies for the issues you faced during your stay, but glad Mona, our property manager, could assist. Your feedback on the shower, trundle beds, and third bedroom setup is valuable for improvements. Despite challenges, we're happy you enjoyed the beach access and morning walks.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Tara. I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We always strive for a clean and welcoming environment, so I apologize for the sand, the rug, and the artificial nails left behind. I’ve already shared your comments with our cleaning team to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. Regarding the “3rd bedroom,” we will take a closer look at how it’s described to ensure it’s accurately represented for future guests. I also sincerely apologize for the maintenance team not cleaning up properly after addressing the clogged sink, and we will be addressing this with them as well. As for the garage, we’ll look into the source of the odor to ensure it’s addressed. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beach and that our property manager was helpful, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. If there’s anything we can do to make it right, please let us know.
