Kitchen - Please note this Kitchen has no dishwasher. Equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, dishes. We also have a grill on the front deck.

Bathroom - shower, also includes towels, tissue, soap, and essentials.

Living Room -Sectional couch, smart TV

Dining Area - table and chairs, perfect eating and working space

Bedroom 1- - Queen bed and Queen memory foam mattress with have all bed linens, blankets, pillows

Bedroom 2- - Queen bed and Queen memory foam mattress with have all bed linens, blankets, pillows

Front deck -Grill and chairs.

Please respect furniture and belongings in the house and on the property. Guests are responsible for any broken, damaged, or missing items.

The expectation is that guests will leave the house in the condition as they move in. That means all furniture in the location you found it in, the dishes clean, all garbage and recycling thrown away, the fridge empty of your items, and so forth.

The house is secured by Blink home security system, there are cameras at front exterior there's absolutely no camera inside the house. We respect guest's privacy when they stay at our house.

Pets: Well-trained 1 pet are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing pets. A $35/pet one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Pet hair found on the furniture will be charged extra cleaning fees.
