We stayed during the June and it was a perfect time to stay. Great location to Cooperstown. The house was great. Fit us all perfect. The yard was awesome as well.
We stayed here for a week while watching a family member play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property is just as advertised - very clean and perfect for families looking for their home base for a tournament. Ryan was very helpful making check in and check out easy.
We had a great time during our stay. The property was beautiful and a great place for our family to stay. Itâs clean, quiet, and peaceful place with plenty to do for everyone in our family. The host was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cooperstown
Our family of 3 plus 3 grandparents stayed here for my sonâs week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. We loved the layout, plenty of room to relax when we had a spare hour here and there. And we made use of the outdoor grill and basketball hoop too. Both the fields and Main St. area are a quick 10-13 minutes away, great place to call home for the week!!
We had the best time at this house while our sons were playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The yard was perfect for put kitties to play and and the boys to have wiffle ball games. We had 3 families stay here. Only 10 mins from the park and from downtown.
A lovely comfortable home in a beautiful rural neighborhood. Home was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay there again if I was ever in that area. A perfect location for families going to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Ryan was a pleasure to communicate with. I only have positive comments for this home!
This house worked for our family while my son played baseball at dream park. The drive was around 10 min but it was windy roads. The view and yard were amazing. The house was large and the kitchen had what we needed. We cooked most of our meals there. The only issue I had was the main bedroom mattress was very soft and I prefer a firmer mattress so I had some difficulties sleeping. The host responded quickly with any questions.
I grew up in Cooperstown and have lived here for most of my life. If you need any recommendations Iâll be happy to provide them, and Iâm just a text or phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
