We were in town for the college cheerleading nationals. The house was ideal for our large group. It was close enough to the convention center to be convenient but far enough away from the chaos. The house was clean and close to the beach. It was well stocked with the necessities but the kitchen could use a few more trays and pans. The only issue we had was the windows on the front of the house leaked during a heavy rainstorm. We will definitely look to rent here again when we come back next year.

We look forward to welcoming you all back next year! The storm was abnormal and very severe. No windows are air-tight and so in extremely severe weather it is normal for some water to come through windows but those occurences are rare.

Great place to host a large group. I was able to organize for extended family to stay here and the abundance of bedrooms (and the separate units) made it so everyone was able to stay comfortably but also stay together for the weekend.

Absolutely amazing!

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was gorgeous, big enough to fit our whole party, and the property was super clean! Everything was fantastic!

Great place

We really enjoyed the property for our large group of 16! Nice to have personal space in the smaller units or multiple living rooms for big gatherings! Very close to the ocean for fun walks!

Perfect Home for a Large Family

We loved the location of the property and enjoyed having lots of space for each family to have their own space but also a large kitchen area for us all to gather. The views off the deck were beautiful and the property was amazing. There was lots of parking and a great backyard area.

Work Trip

This property was great for our group of coworkers. the two separate apartments allowed for plenty of space for everyone. The property was very clean, in a nice location and the property management company was very easy to work with.

Huge property across the street from beach

We had a great stay with our large group. We had plenty of space and the guest house out back was much bigger and nicer than expected. Plenty of bathrooms, beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals. Having access to some beach stuff was a great surprise and very helpful. We had a great stay and would gladly stay again!

Hi Rebecca, the balcony was under construction, unexpectedly, during your stay. For safety, this was necessary. We notified you ahead of your arrival to let you know that we'd pause the work during your stay but that one level of the balcony would be closed. It was unfortunate to loose this feature but we had to do it for the safety of our guests. It will be completely shortly will all new balconies for future guests.

Stutzman Reunion

Our 9 day stay unfortunately had 7 days of non-stop horrendous rain & wind. We played cards. Explored museums & light houses in the area. Went to Universal. Solved escape rooms.

Great family spot

Property is beautiful. Great beach access. Well supplied. We had some unusual issues with heat and smoke detectors but response from the rental agency was prompt. Great communication to manage situations. It did negatively impact our stay but things happen in houses. Would definitely rent this again! Overall we had a great time.

Beach Vacation

The home was beautiful inside. It was clean and well stocked. The exterior did not look the same as the pictures. I guess the storms were responsible for the exterior. Trash pickup was an issue because we came after a holiday. Otherwise it was perfect.
