At 1134 sq. ft. the home offers a large open living space to entertain during your time in the Desert. The calming colors offer you a peaceful environment if you're taking time for yourself in the desert.

The backyard is the star of this home with pockets of joy at every corner. A new pebble sheen pool has been put in for maximum summer chill vibes. An added treat is the fun bar bungalow atop the pool for special occasions and creating a unique environment for your special occasion. Mountain views are offered off the private patio of the second bedroom.

You're not far from the center of town in this Neighborhood. With a quick five-minute drive, you'll get to the center of town where restaurants, shops and special events happen frequently during our winter season!

**There is no garage access at this home. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen**

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
