We're 1.5 mi from downtown Cocoa Beach shops and restaurants, 7 mi from Port Canaveral cruise terminals, 22 mi from Kennedy Space Center, 14 mi from Brevard Zoo, and 53 mi from Orlando Airport. Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are about 65 mi away, making this a perfect home base for a family beach vacation, surf trip, romantic getaway, or a relaxing pre-cruise or post-cruise stay.

The Beach Is Your Backyard - The single best thing about this house is how little stands between you and the sand. Beach access sits directly across the street — no parking hunt, no packing the trunk. Grab the beach cart, load the chairs and umbrellas, and you're on the water in under two minutes. Because the access point is a residential stretch of South Cocoa Beach rather than a crowded public park, most days it feels like your own quiet piece of the coast.

Mornings here are worth setting an alarm for. The sunrise happens over the water, and guests consistently tell us that watching it is a moment they remember from the trip. Bring your coffee; the walk is about thirty seconds. Sunset is also a local favor time for beach walks. The sky is filled with many colors.

For surfers, you're in the right town. Cocoa Beach is the East Coast surfing capital, home to eleven-time world champion Kelly Slater, and the breaks here are forgiving enough for beginners while still fun for experienced riders. Local surf shops within a few miles offer lessons and rentals if you want to give it a go. We also have surfboards at the property. Inside the House -
CB Beach House is one of the original beach houses in Cocoa Beach, and it still has the character to prove it. The gorgeous original hardwood floors run through the main living area and two of the bedrooms — they're the detail guests photograph and mention in reviews. Everything else has been updated over the years, so you get the charm of an authentic coastal cottage with the comfort of modern systems and furnishings.

Calm coastal paint colors, clean spaces, and an efficient floor plan make the house easy to settle into rather than fuss over. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes for six, glassware, and small appliances, so cooking at home is genuinely practical — several guests have mentioned using the crockpot, which tells you the kitchen gets real use. There's a washer and dryer on site, so a longer stay doesn't mean packing for every day.

Evenings tend to end on the private patio. It's tucked away, softly lit, and shielded from the street, which makes it the natural spot for dinner outside, a glass of wine, or just listening to the ocean after the kids are down.

Cocoa Beach Pier — 2 mi. This 800-foot pier over the Atlantic has restaurants, bars, gift shops, an arcade, and live entertainment. It's also a great spot to watch a rocket launch.

Port Canaveral — 7 mi. Cruise terminals, waterfront dining, and the Victory Casino cruise ship. If you're sailing out on a cruise, this house is a far better option than an airport hotel the night before.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex — 22 mi. Walk among flight-flown spacecraft, see Space Shuttle Atlantis, tour beyond NASA's gates, and — if your timing is lucky — watch a live rocket launch from the beach.

Brevard Zoo — 14 mi. A well-regarded nonprofit zoo in Melbourne with animals from five continents, plus kayaking, ziplining, and animal encounters.

Cocoa Beach Country Club — 1.5 mi. A public 27-hole course on the Banana River Lagoon, with a driving range and the 19th Hole restaurant.

Ron Jon Surf Shop — 2 mi. Open 24 hours, the largest surf shop in the world and a genuine Cocoa Beach landmark.

Cape Canaveral and Port Canaveral dining 8 mi — fresh seafood and waterfront restaurants are a short drive north.

Orlando theme parks — 65 mi. Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are each about an hour and fifteen minutes away, which makes a theme-park day trip realistic without moving hotels.
