While we're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, we are saddened to hear that not only did you experience any inconveniences during your stay, but that there was also a delay in response to your concerns on our end. Alex, we completely understand how upsetting your stay must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you and your family had to endure. No one should have to deal with issues during their vacation, especially when this is supposed to be a time to create precious memories. While it is listed in the description that the basement is partially finished, we recognize we could have been more diligent in making sure that you were aware of this. Please be assured that your concerns have been heard and passed on to the appropriate personnel for an extensive property review to see where we can improve so this does not happen again.
