This is the perfect mountain retreat for families or couples in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. This cabin is exactly where you want to be just 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and provides you every accommodation for your family vacation, fishing trip, relaxing romantic weekend, and exciting mountains getaway.

You cabin has two master suites on the main floor with their own private bathrooms with claw foot tubs and large showers. In the main area you’ll find a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy your stay. Inside you can relax in front of the beautiful fireplace, enjoy catching up on your day with the free Wifi access, challenge your family and friends to some arcade games such as Big Buck Hunter, Mortal Kombat, Paperboy, Defender, and more, or catch up on some streaming TV by signing into your preferred services on any TV. Just outside is where you’ll want to spend your mornings and nights enjoying the beautiful mountains with a book or drink in your hand on the “Mountain View Deck” overlooking Rapers and Patterson Knobs or sitting around the fire pit. This, after all, is what a Mountain Vacation is all about!

Back inside and down the stairs you’ll find the kids bedroom with separate bathroom, 2 arcade machines, and the 2nd deck, the “Entertainment Deck”, complete with the relaxing Hot Tub!

Guests have full, private use of the entire cabin with the exception of some locked closet space.

With keyless locks and check-in, our guests only need to reach out to us if they need us. It is preferred that guests utilize Vrbo to ask questions or if they need assistance that is not an emergency as we have set our home up in a way that our guests should feel at home. If it is an emergency or pressing issue, we are available by phone/text as needed.

The cabin shares a gravel cul-de-sac with 4 other cabins all enjoying beautiful space and Mountain View’s. On just over 2 acres, guests should enjoy privacy while being near enough to others to make guests feel safe.

A gas grill has been provided for your use. Please ensure that the gas is turned OFF and is properly cleaned after each use.

We are unable to monitor tank usage/levels. If guests run out of gas they will need to replace the tank at any local supplier that is convenient and provide a copy of the receipt for reimbursement. We are sorry for this inconvenience when it occurs.

My wife, Heather, and I have been together since we were 16 and love to travel. Initially just the two of us, we now enjoy sharing these experiences with our young son. We’ve set out to find vacation areas that we enjoy visiting time and time again so that we can find homes that we can enjoy while traveling. It is our goal to find homes in all of our favorite areas with the goal that other families like ours can enjoy them, too. We put a lot of thought and care into ensuring that our vacation rentals have all of the comforts and essentials that we’d expect and love hearing feedback from our guests. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Simply, the mountains. Together, we set out to find a cabin close enough for a daily trip to Blue Ridge that was private, relaxing, and provided that Mountain View while still having access to high speed internet and WiFi. We searched for months before finding this cabin and falling in love. The Cabin provides 2 acres of privacy while having neighbors close enough that the most concerned guests should feel safe. On our first night being able to stay in our new cabin, our son proclaimed that he loved the cabin and never wanted to leave and we hope that our guests have this same experience.

Our cabin sits on 2 private acres giving you the privacy and experience that we all want in a mountain vacation. However, with a shared road and cul-de-sac, other cabins are close enough to still make you feel safe if ever there was an emergency. At just 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, the location hits all the goals we had in finding our perfect cabin.

The cabin has been set up with your experience in mind. With WiFi throughout the cabin and reaching around the outdoor space, the new Hot Tub, Arcades, Roku TVs in every room, outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining space, and a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies, you’ll be all set. Check-in, relax, and enjoy!
