This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Previous guests have reserved the my place for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance (super close to the convention center), surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, brewery tours, restaurants and cool attractions, Parents Weekend at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…you name it!

The Space:
Peaceful studio and private entrance.

This apartment is fully furnished and cozy. It blasts a very comfortable queen size bed, dedicated working desk, reading chair with a lot of natural lighting, high speed Wi-Fi access.

Full bathroom: spacious walking-in shower, we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kitchenette: includes mini fridge, sink, skillet, pot, 2 burners electric stove, kettle, k-cup coffee maker w/coffee and all necessary serve ware.

Parking: large parking lot behind the main building on the premise.

Enjoy the morning coffee on the private porch just outside the door.

Guest Access:
This apartment has a separate entrance in the back of the building.
if you park in the front of the street you will access to the wood gate on the left side.
if you park on the private parking lot in the back, the apartment is next to the parking lot.
laundry room is in the basement, the door with the laundry sign on the right side of the building.

The Neighborhood:
⭐5 minutes' drive to I-64 and I-95 freeway.
⭐2 minutes' drive to Whole Foods.
⭐5 minutes' drive to Publix.
⭐3 minutes walking distance to museums.
⭐A plenty of local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a few mins away in walking distance.

Getting Around:
25 minutes' drive to Richmond airport.
15 minutes' drive to Richmond-Main Street Station.

Other Things to Note:
About smoking: it is NOT allowed inside of the building, feel free to do so on the porch and use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.

About cooling/heating: We have central AC/heating system. The thermostat is located in the different room, we can help you adjust the temperature remotely as your desire, just shoot us a message. we also provide the space heater and fan in the closet as extra comforts.

Trash bin is located behind the backyard garage.
