Amazing Stay!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect and communication with the host and property manager were quick and easy. Can’t wait to return!

The view from the deck of Villa Oasis is stunning! The house is very well stocked with lots of towels and kitchen tools - everything our family of 7 needed. We loved how accessible it was to the bakery, fish market, beaches and more. The house manger helped us with reservations - all very easy and perfect. We will be back!

Wonderful week at Villa Oasis

We just stayed at the Villa Oasis with friends. Loved sitting on the deck looking out over Orient Bay. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Wonderful bathrooms and comfy beds. Short walk to the beach and very convenient to restaurants in Grand Case. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Stay

This is an exceptional property. Great location, very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything one needs, quiet and private setting, panoramic ocean views from a lovely, large balcony, well-maintained pool. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. Quite a find.

Visit to paradise

The house was comfortable and accommodated my group. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the bedrooms had a beach view. The deck was exceptional. The house is high above the beach so there are sweeping views of Orient Beach. I look forward to returning.

R&R at Villa Oasis

We spent three weeks at Villa Oasis and it was marvelous. Great views every morning during yoga and exercise on the deck followed by a cool dip in the pool. Breakfast outside as the sun lifted over Orient Beach was priceless. The rooms are well appointed. The outdoor shower off of the upper room is divine. The location is superb for access to Orient Beach and Orient Beach Village restaurants as well as restaurants in Gran Case and Oyster Pond. We shall return.

Wonderful island escape

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing week at Villa Oasis with our group of 8 friends. The comfortable and spacious property offers a stunning view of Orient Bay. The check-in process and delivery of our rental cars could not have been smoother. The villa is close to the beach, a variety of restaurants, and many other amenities. Our group took advantage of the nearby tennis club to play one day. My husband and I stayed in the lower level apartment which was lovely. Easily accessible from the main house, it included a sitting room, a well-stocked kitchen, an ample sleeping area, a full bath and a large terrace. The bed was very comfortable, always a plus! Our Villa Oasis stay greatly enhanced our first visit to Saint Martin.

Friend Get-Away

Inviting, well appointed deck with an expansive view of Orient Bay - always a cooling breeze - larger pool for the fresh water inclined. Excellent seating and table on the deck. Our group's favorite hangout, eating space! Beach blankets provided are a real plus. Bedrooms with comfortable beds- quality linens, each with it's own A/C and fan and its own full bathroom, Inside living space with comfortable seating and TV as well as a table for 8-10. Excellent wifi. Gated community and home - quiet surroundings. Great location allowing easy access to Orient Beach, Grand Case, many restaurants and shopping. Knowledgable, responsive house manager. Host Sarah was very helpful in accommodating our needs. In short, a very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Overall, the property was beautiful, the rooms matched the listing photos, and the views were outstanding. The nearby beach was also wonderful. The advertised 15-minute walk was not realistic due to the property's location on a very steep hill. Driving was a much more practical option. Several issues affected our stay. One of the biggest inconveniences was the lack of an onsite trash bin. We had to carry trash outside the front gate to a collection area. A designated trash receptacle on the property would greatly improve convenience. The steep driveway didn’t allow certain vehicles to access the property directly. We had to carrying luggage, up and down the steep driveway. Improvements to the driveway would significantly enhance accessibility. We were also disappointed by the amount of iguana droppings around the outdoor living areas, including the patio furniture and pool. At one point, we had to request pool cleaning before we could use it. While wildlife is difficult to control, the condition negatively impacted our enjoyment of the outdoor spaces. Check-in was less convenient than expected, we had to coordinate our arrival with the property manager to receive keys. A lockbox or keypad entry system would provide more flexibility. The house rules should more clearly disclose all potential fees. More detailed checkout instructions would also be helpful. After checkout, the host's messages became rude and confrontational. Future guests should be aware of this possibility.

Our stay at Villa Oasis was absolutely superb for our first trip to St. Martin. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures, and the view is amazing. Everything in the house worked and was as listed, the pool was always warm, and the property was incredibly well stocked. Everything from towels, to bathroom amenities, to even plenty of spices to cook with. The house is a short 3 minute drive to Orient Bay and the beaches there, or a 15 minute walk. Grand Case is a short ten minute drive, and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The best part of all is the friendliness and knowledge of the property manager, Maeva. She was there to check us in and had plenty of recommendations for us to make our stay as amazing as possible. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
