Get ready to find rest and relaxation in the heart of Knoxville. This hidden home has countless features and amenities to make you feel spoiled and taken care of. We have you covered when it comes to unwinding and we don't leave anything out. If you love the outdoors we have a fire pit, hammocks, a swing, walking paths, and more. For those of you who want to stay inside, we have a huge tub with Epsom salts and oils to wash all your cares away and we have a projector to watch many streaming apps.
This is a very creative and beautiful property with lots of outdoor space. It was perfect for a retreat which is what we rented it for. The property manager was the most responsive I've ever had in many VRBO stays.
House was comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. Perfect for a quick family weekend near Knoxville. Bedrooms and beds were all just right, easy to navigate projector downstairs for a late night movie and kitchen had everything needed to start the day with a great cup of coffee and family breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
This home was perfect for our family of six. Clean and such a cute house. If we ever end up back in Knoxville again, id definitely book this house. Owners were very kind via messages though I kept getting errors through VRBO when I'd try to respond. I highly recommend!!
The house was clean and convenient to town however, falsely advertised as a 2 bath home. There is only 1 1/2 bath and the 1/2 bath has no door on it. 1 TV in a bedroom to watch. Without advertising they rent the area above garage that is connected by door with flimsy lock. 10 kids running around the yard and using campfire at night. Loud music playing, etc. Completely unacceptable and not safe !
Property is adorably decorated. However should have curtains so people can not look in main living space. The property is at a dead end and Curtains would have been nice.
A couple things were not communicated in listing that should have been. It is 1.5 bath Not 2. Tub is high n hard to get into. A lil tough for 80 old grandma. The rental is shared. While you donât share living space you definitely can hear then through the wall/doorway.
The place had lots of extras that helped⊠tools, salt, napkins etc.
Our host was wonderful. While I did not personally get to enjoy this property, my husband and children highly appreciated the home atmosphere while I was in the hospital, recovering from an emergency surgery two states from home. We were not in town for pleasure, but rather a funeral, and so we were already dealing with a lot. We were not able to check in on our original night due to my emergency hospital visit, but our host was kind enough to shuffle the dates for us so that my family would be covered for the duration of my hospital stay. While they ultimately stayed just the one night rather than two, just knowing they had somewhere to be during this challenging time was so comforting. My family reports that the property was clean, homey, and beautiful. This is a shared property, as someone else mentioned, but my husband said there was a very clear delineation of space. Both bathrooms do indeed exist, contrary to a previous review. Both are well appointed and clean.
Our only "issue", if you may even call it that, is that the porch swing is no longer in stable condition, it needs to be reinforced at the point where it hangs, because it appears to be pulling out. My husband sent me a photo to ask if I thought he could let the kids in it, and I unfortunately had to say no. But again, this is just a tiny, minor issue, and easily overlooked.
Overall? The comfort and peace of mind this gave my family in a doubly challenging time was worth its weight in gold to me.
