Robert is an amazing guest. The property was treated with care and he left the place very neat and organized. I would be happy to host again and any host will be lucky to host Robert.

At some point people need to take responsibility for their own mistakes. The description clearly outlines the 3 bedrooms and sofa sleeper in living room. NOT HARD TO READ! You just have to read it lol. Are you looking for issues to complain about? The 3 bedrooms are as described being King, Queen, Full not 2 double beds as you mentioned. What are you talking about things everywhere and taped to the walls? Not sure how to respond to that 🤔. Be sure not to blame someone if you didn’t read the description, it’s not going to change when you get there. You did however get one thing right and the deck needed attention and has been restored right after your stay and that I apologize for. June is a rainy month and need good weather to do these projects. Seams you have a hard time reading rules as you booked 8 and no more than 8 supposed to be on the property at anytime and you decided to have 19 people over for a party. I’d be careful when you point fingers. Some people just need to complain and can’t please everyone. If you don’t read the description of the property don’t blame anyone else but yourself. I’m not going to apologize or write a nice politically correct response to someone whom blames others and writes such a ridiculous review. 3 bedrooms 1 king, 1 QUEEN, 1 double, 2 sofa sleepers.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues that impacted your stay. To clarify a few points from our listing: • The property is accurately described as having 3 bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room in the property description, which provides flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. • We live in a completely separate area on the north end of the house with its own private entrance. There is no shared living space with guests. The total guest area is approximately 1,700 sq ft. Regarding your pet: the reservation was booked without a pet and without the pet fee. We were not notified in advance that you would be bringing a dog. When we are aware of an incoming pet, we take steps to separate or relocate our own dogs off-property to avoid any interaction. Unfortunately, since we were unaware, our dogs reacted when your dogs arrived. We (and our dogs) were actually off the property for most of the stay, with only my 85-year-old father present. We’re sorry your dog was anxious and that this added stress to your trip, leaving your dog alone for 8 hours was stressful for your dog as well. The home has A/C in master suite plus a unit in main area. We provide fans for all bedrooms and apologize if the master bedroom felt warmer than expected. The only locked door is a small linen closet used for cleaning supplies, secured for safety (especially around young children). We’re sorry this was surprising. We also apologize for the overlooked sock and any other personal items left behind — we do a thorough cleaning between guests but will double-check closets and drawers more carefully going forward. On parking, the property offers space for up to 6 vehicles, you only had 2 vehicles. We’re glad you only needed 2 spots. We value all feedback as it helps us improve the guest experience.
