The Zimmerman Suite named after the original owner from 1915. One of four Master bedrooms in our historic home one block from picturesque downtown Dunedin.

Walking distance to Pinellas Bike Trail, Ballpark, shops, marina and an assortment of restaurants and nightlife. Beaches are within biking distance. Come visit Dunedin and stay awhile!

The space The FIRST BEDROOM, the Zimmerman Room is named after the original owner. This room has a Queen size bed, updated private bath with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

All of the 4 master suites have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, Desk, small refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet.

Adventures within walking distance. Enjoy outdoor eating, live local music, capturing the sunset, relaxing on the beach, sailing the bay, biking the trail or just plan sitting on the porch swing enjoying a good book It has something special to offer the first time traveler to the most experienced. Shared Space

The first floor is designated as a communal space. You will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bath and laundry room. Feel free to whip up a morning breakfast in the gourmet kitchen or just have coffee with the use of the fully automatic espresso, coffee, cappuccino maker. The dining room has seating for 8 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.

Property was great, loved the period and unique furnishings. Great location, very walkable and accessible to other ways to get around. It was a home not a house. Very little to complain about but the shower curtain was a little bit of a pain to use especially if you are short. Front path to the porch should be smoother, stepping stones not conducive for pulling luggage.

This was a wonderful location to stay. Easy walk to downtown and all the amenities. Jennifer was a wonderful host and she made sure we were enjoying our stay. Met some wonderful people during my stay at the manor. Would definitely rent here again!

The house is cute with a well equipped kitchen. I found the bed to be very comfortable & enjoyed having a private bathroom with a deep bathtub. I found the area to be lovely. Very safe with tons of restaurants only a couple of blocks away. The water is also only a few blocks away. The only reason I did not give this property a 5, is that it is like a B&B without the second B. Most such properties provide a breakfast. I found the coffee machine difficult to use & there was not milk available in the frig for lattes (only almond milk, which I’m not sure I was supposed to use). There was also a placard in the room to help yourself to a nightcap with nothing to drink there. I also needed to take the sheets & towels downstairs. While these issues were not a big deal, it made the stay feel less catered to & more like a house rental without having the house to myself.

Like Being in My Own Beautiful Home!

I was comfortable and well nourished in the spacious kitchen, with food for the mind in the vast collection books available to guests. Outdoors was horrid hot Florida in zhe summer, and only illness in the family could have brought me here. So this was a blissful oasis any time of the year.

A classic bed and breakfast without the breakfast

My wife and I were most pleasantly surprised to find availability so close to the action in Downtown Dunedin, especially on Cinco de Mayo weekend. The photos were attractive, however, when we arrived in person, we were enthralled with the house. Beautifully maintained and full of intriguing decor, we felt very at home. Our room was perfect for the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the shared spaces including the great room, the kitchen with amazing coffee, and the beautiful wraparound porch on which we enjoyed the evenings and our morning coffee. We were fortunate to get to spend time with the owners, Kyle and Jennifer. And we enjoyed the charm of sharing a little time in passing with our fellow guests. We will certainly return for another stay soon.

If I had one thing to change it would be to put mats under the rugs next to the bed. The bed is high, which we like, but the rugs slip out from under you when you try to get in it. Loved the house overall. Loved the historical decor and great location.

Wonderful stay, this property was perfect for us! You have access to the whole house which is beautifully decorated and includes laundry facilities. Jennifer, our host, was always available for any concerns, (which there were none). Just a few blocks away from downtown Dunedin, restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach. There's a beautiful bike path to traverse, thanks to the bikes that were available at the property for our use. We would return in a heartbeat, don't pass this place up!

Downtown diamond!

Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed—shared downstairs space is homey and accessible! So many thoughtful touches and welcoming details. Dunedin restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping all in walkable distance… neighborhood is quiet but plenty happening just nearby so you have the best of both worlds. Property would also be perfect for corporate retreats or girls’ shopping weekends with a total of 5 separate bedrooms./spaces. Jennifer is a wonderful host!
