This lovely 2 bedroom condo is right in the Heart of Orlando. Near the entrance of the property there is some construction that is taking place. However, that doesn’t take away from this comfy location that is only a 10-20 minute drive from: Disney World, Universal Studios, Downtown Orlando. In addition to this Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, Millenia Mall and many more great attractions and restaurants off of International Drive is around the corner 5-10 minutes away. Enjoy all of your favorite amenities right were you want to be!

All-Star World Cheer Competition

Tiny little condo perfect size for the 3 of us. A little farther then we thought from the OCCC, about 7 miles or 20 minutes. This condo is a bit on the older side and has a few things that could be repaired, but it was clean when we arrived. Warning, if you need a firmer mattress this mast bed is a queen and very soft. . This condo was the perfect size for just the 3 of us. Air fryer, crock pot and keurig were a nice touch. Owners were on the ball and easy to connect with. Thanks for a lovely stay.Sorry if my kid fed the ducks to many cheerios

Cozy, confortable and well-located

If you need a confortable stay with a honest price, mixing the privacy and the confort of a house and the safety and perks of a hotel room, this is the place for you! Ralph and his wife prepared this cute condo, well decorated, well located, with all the supplies and utilities to make your stay a 5 star experience! They are also very thoughtful and avaiable to help with out needs! It was amazing! Thanks for the amazing stay and experienchel

Very close to Disney and universal. Nice neighborhood with plenty of options for dining nearby. Wonderful amenities, wifi, washer/dryer, plenty of room and appreciated the communication from our host!

I loved staying here with my family! We had a blast the space is perfect and the decor is beautifully set up. The host is awesome and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I will definitely be back! 5 stars all around!

Close to everything

The property is close to four amusement parks, all with in 20 minutes. Downtown Orlando and eateries. Shopping malls, and grocgrocery stores. Finally it is 25 minutes from the airport and navigation avoids tolls.

Suitable Stay for Us

This condo while a little older and outdated outside, the inside was roomy and they had it decorated very nicely. They had free wifi, tvs in all the rooms, and even had snacks for us. Air frier was awesome. Came back home and ordered one on Amazon. As for location, it was far enough out of the "touristy" zone and super close to Universal Studios, which is why we chose this property. The bathrooms had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided, which was nice because I forgot mine. The only things that were just under 5 stars, was 1, the carpet in the second bedroom. If they get a carpet cleaner, it will vastly improve for future tenants. 2, the toilet in second bedroom never stopped as the flapper needed to be changed. A $15 fix. And 3, in the master bathroom, under the sink there was a small leak. Just needs tightening up on the connections. Met the owner at checkin and he was very friendly. The front door had a keyless entry deadbolt and he updated the keycode for my stay, which made me a little safer knowing only I had the code. Overall, I was pleased with the stay and if the above is fixed, I would definitely stay again.

Warning of this rental

The position is not bad. But the facts are about the apartment : It is well equipped and just cleaned, we appreciated having two bathrooms and good size apartment. But we had some very importantn issues. First it is infected by cockroach. We discovered it at the first night in the apartment. We were really concerned, so my husband every night awoke to check for our luggage. We talked about it to the owner, she said she is aware of the situation and exterminator will come the next day but nothing has been done. Second : is about the noise when other tenants above dragging their trash in the stairs or stumping at the stairs days and nights. The worst is the tenant above, from friday evening until sunday night, is playing loud music all night long and stumping, having a quiet sleep was very difficult even for the kids. Third one : concerning the mattress in the master bedroom, not comfortable at all. It is kind of an inflatable mattress. Since we lie on, my husband and I collapse in the middle. But the kids ones are good. Fourth part is our top : we experienced.power failure at night because they did not pay for the electricity. They were unreachable because the VRBO app was not working., we did not have their phone number. By the evening we stayed out for more then half hours trying to find help from other tenants. We were so worried with our kids and us tired and hungry. Finally when we were able to talk to the lady and had the electricity back, we sighed. She apologized for all and offered a $10 dominos pizza card (so cheap). Next time I will pay attention about this type of location, and I will ask more questions to the owner
