This Spectacular Pool Home is in the Gated Community of Gateway Greens Country Club and is in the finishing stages of a complete renovation from the concrete floor to ceiling! We have NIOT been affected by Hurricane Ian. Note: Golf is NOT included with this lease, as GGCA is a private club. It will be a brand new home upon completion. We are seeking a SINGLE couple who are respectful of this newly completed home and pool that will remove shoes when in the home, take care of the hardwood floors and Carrera marble countertops.
