Good location, easy to get in and out.Only issue is 2nd bedroom is a top bunk only, but otherwise no other issues. Brought our dog and had no problems.
The property was clean and well maintained and had a nice backyard for our dog to run around in. The owner responded quickly to any of our questions. The location was great and was easy to get in and out of. Walking distance to Tower Grove Park and Park Ave Coffee. You could even walk to some restaurants in The Hill. We would definitely come here again!
Myself and my partner stayed here for a short weekend trip to the city, and this apartment was perfect for us! It is within walking distance to the botanical gardens and several food establishments. It was also just a short drive away from downtown attractions, such as the Arch and the Zoo.
Check in and check out were simple and seamless! The apartment was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We easily found street parking on the same road as the apartment. Andrew was very communicative and helpful in the days leading up to our trip. We would love to stay here again when we come back to St. Louis!
The location was perfect! We were an easy walking distance to the hill where we had alot of fun and great food. We never had difficulty finding street parking. Safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
This place is cozy, but it has issues that need to be fixed. The fridge did not dispense water or ice; a lot of the utensils, knives, and pots/pans had a little to a lot of rust and were dirty from when they were last used; the windows are not sealed properly so noise from cars outside leaks through during the night; the tv remote had bad batteries that were leaking battery acid; the toilet had issues flushing the first night of the stay; the couch was not clean and had hair and crumbs on it.Most of these things are simple issues that should not be issues that exist in a space that is cleaned and maintained regularly.I would not recommend this space if you are staying in St. Louis for more than 1 night.
Host was very responsive and super nice. The location could not be better if you love The Hill or just want a great central location. Quiet, nice old neighborhood. The house itself was clean, bed was comfy, and it was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!
