Nestled in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Youâll be 5-15 mins away from all major attractions.
Very cute and functional hoe with plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the gated, fenced in back rays for Karli g our vehicle overnight as well as just hanging out. Some patio furniture would be a great addition! The house was clean, but not spotless. Nothing that was a big deal though, some lingering cob webs on the beautiful high ceilings. Would definitely stay again!
Cute house 10-15 minutes from St Louis attractions
The house has a lot of character & was perfect for our group (2 moms with 7 school age kids). The neighborhood, while not the best in St Louis, was quiet, felt safe enough, and was a 10-15 minute drive from all the major city attractions.
Located in the middle of everything fun to do in St. Louis including the Budweiser Brewery, Cardinal Village, Forest Park, The Hill, and the Arch! There was plenty of room for our family to relax too!
Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. Nice space to spread out- 3 bathrooms and laundry a big plus. Location has easy access to all of the main tourist highlights. Would stay again.
The house is amazing! Redone beautifully, leaving amazing history intact. The area is a bit older, but very safe. Brandon was very easy to reach when we had to cut our trip short. I would 100% stay again if Iâm in the area. Family friendly. Cozy. Clean. Wonât disappoint.
We had a great stay in St. Louis at this house! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 young kids. Everything was clean and we liked having off street parking. Brandon was so easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!
Beautifully renovated historic home located on a quiet street. Conveniently located within minutes' drive of downtown attractions (highly recommend the Cardinals stadium tour!).
Off street parking was a plus, property owner was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!
The property exceeded our expectations. It was so nice and spacious and were very excited when we first got there. The place is in a nice location so there was no disturbance to us. The host was very attentive if I contacted him he would respond in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this property it is a nice price, area, and overall property.
This is a really cool old house that accommodates a lot of people. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The property manager is lovely and responsive. Our plans were canceled when we arenât and he generously changed our res.
The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. But there is off street parking and I never felt unsafe. Much has been redone but the entire place is not- like furniture. The place has much potential and I would stay there again.
1st of all, love the old homes and this one has been remodeled beautifully. From the high ceilings to the wood floors to exposed brick wall in the kitchen. Lovely. Bathrooms beautifully updated. It was a pleasant surprise as I think the listing said 1 full BR and 1 half but this actually had 2 full bathrooms and 1/2 bath downstairs. Plenty of space for us to enjoy the home. Large kitchen table as we did cook a couple of nights. Easy access to the highway to get downtown quickly. Neighborhood was quiet. There is parking in the gated rear yard but we parked our truck on the street with no problem. Great stay
We enjoyed staying at this property. I really liked that it has a fenced parking area (big enough for two vehicles). Plus, the backyard is fenced, so my boys (3, 5, and 7) could play outside. We did have a few ants in the kitchen, but we alerted the host (Brandon). We didnât want pest control there while we were staying, but he was having them come after we left. Brandon was very responsive to any question/comment/concern we had. He was working on the property directly behind the house, so we even got to meet him. The area is okay, definitely close enough to everything we wanted to do. We do recommend this home (be sure you can climb stairs though - all bedrooms are upstairs).
We have never stayed at an air b and b. It was so nice the house was inviting. Its in a nice area and communication with the owner was 100%.
The beds were nice and the kitchen was beautiful loved the exposed brick.Loved the parking in back and a yard for our little ones to play in.
If ur looking for a great area to stay at and close to attractions this is a great area.
Only reason we did 4 stars for cleanliness nothing bad just little things his cleaners are missing. The cleaners use vinegar which isnt an inviting home smell. When we got into the house the smell was odd then i realized they cleaned with vinegar. Nothing major. We hope to come back next time we visit. Brandon was amazing at communicating with us and let us check in ealier. He was open to our feed back. Would recommend his property to anyone. Thank you again for making our trip fantastic.
House itself is lovely. Communication was good with host. Location is either up and coming or sorta sketchy. Back gate needs repair as it's very difficult to open and close. Bathrooms and kitchen were not at all clean when we arrived. It looked like a very cursory cleaning job had been done. Found real handcuffs in the kitchen cabinet? Ants in kitchen got into our food. Hot/cold water reversed in one bathroom sink. Ceilings are REALLY high and beautiful (like 12-13 feet), but makes it impossible to adjust fan/light. So two rooms had light and no fan and one room had fan and no light. Only had exactly 7 towels for 7 guests and they were honestly a little grungy. Dirt towel left on back hook of one bathroom. I think the cleaning thing is the biggest. Your cleaners absolutely need to do a better job. It was grimy throughout.
Hey all! I'm Brandon. I've been buying, rehabbing, and selling properties for the last few years. Recently, I've fallen in love with the last couple properties and decided to keep them and let others enjoy them. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have!
