🌞 Cheerful Eclectic Bungalow in 🐕 Dog Friendly Neighborhood -NO PET FEES

Built in the 1930's, our cozy bungalow has been lovingly updated with modern comforts and decorated with colorful charm and collectable items from the past. Perfect for couples or small families as it sleeps four. A maximum of 2 dogs can join you with no pet fees.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood full of friendly folks and lots of furry friends, our home is walkable to restaurants in the Normaltown, Cobham and downtown areas featuring food and drink to suit all tastes.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed while the second bedroom has a cozy queen. The linens are environmentally responsible bamboo viscous and cotton which are soft and breathable. The bathroom is small and mighty with a clawfoot tub/shower which includes deliciously scented natural body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Super soft and absorbent bamboo viscose towels add a spa-like experience.

Our retro styled kitchen is stocked with items to make your stay easier. A variety of snacks are available as you arrive...check the bread box. Pots, pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, utensils, spices, a coffee/tea bar, an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender and a dishwasher are all here whether you need to heat up leftovers or cook up a quick meal before you head out to explore the city.

The living room and master bedroom include a Roku tv just bring your Netflix and Hulu account passwords! Having a tv free get away? We have games and puzzles to entertain you or you can curl up in the cabana-like front porch and read from our collection of Athens and Georgia related books.

It wouldn't be an authentic Athens experience without music. Our listening area in the foyer, includes albums and CD's from a variety of extremely talented Athens bands for you to listen to as you relax. Experience live performances most days of the week at various venues and bars which are just a short Uber ride away. Check Flagpole.com for dates and times for concerts, art exhibits, and events.

Feeling inspired? The office is home to a guitar and amp where you can privately hone your skills.

Your dogs are also welcome to relax with you at our home. We do not charge a pet fee, but would like to know that they are coming so we can have pet amenities set up, so please let us know at booking that you are bringing them. Throws are provided to keep dirt and hair off of the bedding and furniture. A large dog bed is available as well as bowls, poop bags, towels, and treats. A large crate (3'D x2'Wx28"H) is available when you go out or your pup can stay out of trouble in the laundry room area. The backyard is fenced in but not escape proof for your Houdini dogs. Do not leave your dogs outside for long periods of time, please.

For your safety there are 3 outdoor cameras. Two capture activity in the driveway and the other captures activity at the door bell.
