This home is located in the heart of Hill Country, in Spicewood, close to an array of local wineries and natural springs. Right next door to Lakecliff Golf Club, home to the famous Academy of Golf Dynamics.

Antique touches and old Spanish design combine in this beautiful home. Tile floors are found throughout the home with ornate wrought iron railings, chandeliers, and other vintage touches. Vaulted ceilings and oversized floor-to-ceiling windows invite plenty of natural light, expansive Hill Country views, and a feeling of serenity and peace. Don't be surprised to see deer, hawks, rabbits, and a variety of bird species thriving throughout the property.

After dinner, unwind in front of 65" Visio smart television with your favorite streaming services on the expansive sofa and two armchairs.

The covered outdoor living area sits behind beautiful twenty foot stone columns that invite your eyes upward and across the Hill Country views. Plenty of wrought iron furniture and coffee tables makes this a perfect spot to just relax with family or enjoy a glass of wine.

The home sleeps six in total. The loft bedroom overlooks the living room and includes a king bed with dedicated bathroom, closet, and 2-person desk for your laptop, remote workspace, or card games.

The living room hosts four individual bunk beds (Twin XL) that tuck into the wall behind hand-made, sliding barn doors. Each individual bunk features a reading light and charging outlet for your phone, with viewing access to the large television across the room.

The kitchen features a full set of modern appliances and granite countertops mixed with old European furniture pieces and hand-painted Spanish tile backsplash. A 32" television with FireTV entertains in the kitchen area while you or and enjoy a meal on the island barstools. USB phone chargers are located right on the kitchen island for your convenience.

The walk-in pantry is located right off the kitchen and features a washer and dryer.

A shared bathroom downstairs has a tile walk-in shower, a large floor-to-ceiling window provides views to the deer walking outside, and plenty of room to get ready for the day.

To really understand the beauty that is the Texas Hill Country, you must stop by and see Krause Springs (10-minute drive). As night falls, head over to the fire pit to enjoy some smores or roast marshmallows. Then stretch out and gaze up at the stars. Far from any city lights impeding your view here, there is so much to see high above!

For a dinner out, check out Opie's Barbeque (10-minute drive), J5 Steakhouse, or Angel's (both 15 minutes). A 25 minute drive into Marble Falls or Bee Caves offers even more selection possibilities.

Local wineries include Stone House Vineyards (3 minutes down the road), Spicewood Vineyards, McReynolds Winery, Stone House Vineyard, Flat Creek Estate Winery and Vineyard, El Gaucho Winery, Westcave Cellars Winery, and more. Enjoy a day on Lake Travis. The nearby Resort Ranch Marina will deliver a rental boat for you right to the base of our lake steps (lake level dependent).

You have full access to the living quarters in the villa. The attached garage is closed to guests. You are welcome to hike and explore the 10-acres of property on the north side of the driveway.
