À propos du quartier

Beech Grove

Deborah is a great host of a lovely home. We enjoyed the entire property, from front porch to the backyard patio. Clean, comfortable home in a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Deborah not only has an eye for detail, but she is thoughtful, as well. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this property many times, actually every time we are in Indy, which is a few times a year. This is the perfect house. Plenty of room to have family or friends over to visit. It is always clean and exactly as advertised. What makes this the best place to stay is the owner, Debbie. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. She is the perfect host.

Mother's Day Weekend

This isn't our first time staying at the Bedford House. My husband and I stay here every time we are in town. The house is exactly as shown. The owner always makes sure all your needs are met before your arrival. She always leaves little treats to make it feel like home. We love staying here. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner, Debbie, is a top-notch host. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Mike and Kristine are ideal guests (along with their pup, Bailey)! They take great care of the house and communicate well. Any host would be fortunate to have them as guests 😊. I feel honored that they stay at my house when they are in Indy. A really nice family 🥰

Absolutely the best stay we have had in years

I'll try to keep it brief and valuable. The home is perfect. Clean with literally everything you would ever need. Debbie is amazing! The location is perfect. You are minutes from downtown, the Southside of Indy as well as the West side of town (speedway specifically) I worked during the stay. The internet was great and the layout of the home allowed me to have a dedicated space. Just a great stress free stay.

Communication is great. The house is perfect. Very comfortable, close to everything. We enjoyed having family come by to visit. The yard is fenced in for your pets which is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. You won't go wrong staying at the Bedford House.

Dad's 70th Birthday

We always stay at the Bedford House when we come to Indy. We came to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. The house has plenty of room. The house is just as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is great. The owner is always available if you need anything. Deb is really a great host. We highly recommend the Bedford House. This was our 4th stay. Every time we go to Indy, this is where we stay. You couldn't ask for more.

The pictures did not do it justice. This is a very well cared for home, very clean and very spacious. It fit well for four grown men having a weekend trip. The surrounding area where the house is located is, in my eyes, a safe area. The house was clean, saw no dust, left over stuff from any sort of previous Vrbo users, etc. And talking to Deborah was very easy and she was quick to respond. She was even nice enough to bake us a plate of brownies for when we got in, and left a hand written card (even though I believe I forgot it by accident as we were leaving). Ease of checking in and checking out was great, and as I told her when I did check out, when i do come back to Indy again, her Vrbo is my #1 first pick when I am going to look for a place to stay for 3 people. Thank you again!!
