This home consists of two units. Each has its own Private Entrance, Laundry, Thermostat, great insulation and nothing is shared. This listing is the bottom unit.

- 2 King beds. 1 Queen.
- Memory foam mattresses/pillows.
- State of the art insulation, blocks noises, foot steps, and smells.
- Separate thermostat with Humidifier/Purifier, blackout shades, softened water.

The space
One of the bedrooms is a master with bathroom.
There are two King Beds, One Queen Bed and a bench bed that can be extended to a bed that would comfortably sleep one or two more people. There are extra pillows and linens if needed.

Other things to note
- Studio quality sound proofing insulation throughout for maximum quietness and comfort.

- Central Air System includes Purifier & Humidifier. Salt Lake Valley has air pollution problem and your sleeping quality will improve with clean air.

- Clean Water, water softener and filter installed.

Excellent Place!

The property is lovely...the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, everything is modern and new. Highly recommend for anyone staying in SLC. The city is only 20 min away. I would stay here again.

Great place for our short stay

Property very spacious considering it’s a lower level. Rooms were big and everything was spotless. Would certainly stay here again. Highly recommend!

I loved staying here this year!A great location and host was very easily accessible. It was the perfect size for my group of friends. The beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Especially loved having black out shades in each room!

Great visit

We went to Utah to have Thanksgiving with some family that lives there we realized we did not have enough seats for our dinner and the host was kind enough to bring us some all in all everything was great. The house has a really nice layout for its size.

Girls on the run

We were very pleased with the appearance when we first walked in. Property is well maintained and easy to find. Beds are comfy. Host was quite responsive and answered our questions. We traveled to SLC to complete the Revel Big Cottonwood race. Would definitely recommend .

Great location for visiting family in Murray, UT

The rental location is across the street from Murray Park. It was very convenient for taking my grandson there. It was also close to my son's family in Murray. I stayed here last year, and the kitchen was better stocked with cooking accessories this time which I really appreciated.

Siblings get-away

This property was a great location for our family to reunite. We had a siblings trip to celebrate our youngest sisters 60 th birthday. With 3 siblings and spouses, the 2 king beds and 1 queen bed rooms were very comfortable. The location was great for evertything we wanted to do. Check-in was easy and the place was just like in the pictures. Having a park right across the street was convenient for evening strolls.

Ideal location for multi ski area trips

I have stayed here before and I feel that if you plan to ski up in Deer Valley, it’s 45 minutes….Snowbasin is an hour…and we got to Alta in 38 minutes ( longer coming home) . This roomy place works great for that. Bed was cozy and the place is modern. We will be back again.

Just right.

Great location. We went to the NCAA tournament in Salt Lake and this was close enough to have easy access but far enough away to be quiet. It took about 15 minutes to get there and back. The house was great for 2 teenagers and adults. We really only slept there but it worked great for our needs. The host was always good to communicate and the property was clean. Will stay here again!

Beautiful apartment

This apartment has really lovely finishings in every room. Spacious, comfortable beds. It's garden level, but there's plenty of light. Hooks in the front hall would be useful, but that's the only touch that hasn't already been handled.

Great Place!!

We stayed five nights and had such a great trip. This place is just as advertised. It's very nice and comfortable with three good sized bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the walk in bedroom closets were so nice!! There were plenty of hangers and shelves so we didnt have to live out of our suitcases. The living room area has a very comfortable large couch to watch tv, and we really liked the little fireplace. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen, and the stove heats up so quickly. There are a good amount of dishes and glasses and a few pots and pans. It would be nice if there was a can opener, bottle opener and a corkscrew for wine, but we had a bottle opener on a keychain, and we took the wine to a restaurant and just paid the corkage fee. This place is in the perfect location for getting to several of the mountains for skiing/boarding, which we did on two of the days. It's also convenient to get downtown. There's a nice big park right across the street with a jogging path, and we walked around the park one day. Finally, Adam, the owner, is very responsive to messages and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here and hope to visit SLC again. When we do, we'll definitely try to stay here again.

Great location for winter activities

This place was great. It is very high tech and clean. It felt brand new. I really thought it worked great for our ski trip as it was pretty centrally located. Beds were great. Very comfortable. It was pretty cold outside but the unit was warm and draft free. There was a learning curve with the thermostat once we got it down. Blackout shades are nice too. If I was going to recommend anything it would be some coat hooks in the mudroom entry. That’s really it. Bathrooms were really nice. Roomy closets too. USB jacks on the bed stand. Nice touch. Tv was nice and big…streaming only….easy to logon to apps. We had five of us and two bathrooms worked out good. Plenty of hot water for after skiing showers. That is HUGE! Parking right outside the door was also nice. Kitchen was roomy and equipped. Owner did an outstanding job of communicating and he was very helpful when we left the last day. I really appreciated that and will return the next time we ski the front canyons of the Wasatch Mountains. Thank you.

Spacious apartment with superb host.

Spent 2 weeks here on a ski trip. Everything could not have been easier. The place was spacious and comfortable and true to the photos. Adam was super responsive and quickly provided replacements for a few missing kitchen basics.

Great house and location

Very comfortable and having 3 bedrooms was great for a family. Fully stocked kitchen, fast wifi, comfy beds. Close to downtown Murray with restaurants and shopping. Owners had great communication.
