No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Damages
Please report any damaged items or issues to the host as soon as possible.

Stairs
This is a multi-level home with steps required to enter. Additional interior stairs are required to access bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper and lower levels.

Landscaping
A landscaper may be on-site periodically to maintain the outdoor areas of the property.

Garage Access
There is a garage available for guest use with parking for up to 2 vehicles. A garage door opener is provided and should be returned to the kitchen table before departure.

Guest Support
If you need assistance during your stay, please contact the primary guest contact. A backup contact is also available if needed.

Safety
The nearest hospital is located approximately 1.4 miles from the home. In case of emergency, dial 911.

Security System
A security system panel is located by the front door and can be used to summon emergency services if needed.

Trash
Trash collection takes place on Wednesdays. If your stay includes Tuesday night, bins are located on the side of the house and may be moved to the curb.

Supplies
Extra linens, pillows, blankets, and toiletries are available in the second-floor closet.

Entertainment
Board games and additional entertainment can be found in the first-floor closet and dining area storage.

Hot Tub

A boot and glove dryer is available in the garage for guest use. Please follow usage instructions and monitor when using higher heat settings.
