The private duplex has 2 large bedrooms with a king sized bed and desk in each room and a full bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic appliances and supplies you need to make meals at home. The living room features a comfortable sofa, chairs, and 55' flat screen TV. There is also high speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Excellent location!

It’s so close to the Quarry, small trendy bars and amazing restaurants, minutes to the San Pedro strip, minutes from downtown. Neighbors and businesses nearby were very quiet, which I really appreciated. The house was clean and exactly like listing described.

Great Vacation Stay

This is a very comfortable property with good parking. It has a well appointed kitchen with complimentary coffee. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean and the king sized beds were really comfortable. The hosts have done a great job to make you feel at home and were very easy to communicate with. Our only issue was a leak in the in-sink garburator which we reported to the host right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in and out was super easy. Host answered questions promptly. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. A/C was reliable in the summer heat. This place met all of our needs.

Nice little place

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for work. This was close to where we needed to be and close to the Quarry for restaurants. Neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, but we never felt unsafe. Unit was very clean and furnishings were nice. Place was updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Over all great place to stay.

Location was at the center of everything we did in San Antonio. Although the neighborhood was a bit beat down, our clean house had everything we needed for our short stay. I will book again next time. Thanks!

Very nice home

Everything went smooth, enjoyed the home, very nice and clean! Keypad stopped working and messaged the owner and was given access to lockbox for the key. Owner very prompt at responding! I would definitely stay there again when I return!

Absolutely wonderful

We walked in and instantly felt at home. You can definitely feel how much effort and care was put in by the property manager to make their guests feel welcome and have all the “little things” we need/May have forgotten. Comfy sofa, comfy beds, plenty of seating to relax. I can’t say enough how happy we are with the stay! *Also, all communication with Property mgr was prompt and kind! Thank you!!!

Great location, clean and functional

I enjoyed being close to the Pearl District and downtown for evenings out and walking distance to Olmos Park and Olmos Basin for morning walks. The house is very comfortable and functional with everything I needed. I appreciated the Brita water pitcher in the refrigerator (I added a new Brita filter on 5/15) Excellent AC.

2024 Eclipse Visit

Our stay in San Antonio for 5 nights was fantastic. The house was very clean, well appointed and most of all incredibly conveniently located. We could get anywhere in city within 10 minutes. Owner communications were incredible. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here. San Antonio was lovely. Check out The Original Donut Shop for the best breakfast tacos and fresh donuts! (6 minute drive) Our stay was 10 out of 10!

Nice and clean! Great Host

This property is super clean and very spacious. We had a ton of room to spread out. The host was very communicative and nice. The luggage racks were an added bonus that were very much appreciated. It is located next to a car dealer and service shop but we felt safe and never really saw anyone outside. My only complaint would be the bathroom window in the shower. I am just uncomfortable with that because its kind of low like chest height on a 5'10 person. We used towels to cover it the best we could but maybe a curtain or some window film could be added.
