House was good needed a few tweaks Bed was comfortable Owner needs to stay there for a couple of days And use the kitchen and mastered bedroom and bathroom

Wonderful property

Stayed for 9 days, check in and out was easy, communication with owners was quick, neighborhood could get just a bit noisy at times, but I couldn’t hear any of it when I was inside the house and, honestly, I live in the country and it wasn’t any louder than at home. Would most definitely stay again.

Me and my siblings stayed here to surprise our oldest sibling for her birthday. The property was clean and tidy and worked for what we needed.

Great Place

Kristen and Sue's place is great. My family stayed here for an extended weekend and it was perfect for us. The house was very clean. We were very comfortable. The front porch is wonderful. The dogs had plenty of room to run in the yard. While we didn't use it, because we were visiting family the back patio is super nice. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. The drive way is easy to back your boat up into and still have plenty of room for additional cars. Hosts were very responsive to questions. I highly recommend their place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Your place is lovely. Very clean. Beautiful house and yard with spacious parking. Loved the shampoo conditioner and bath soap supplied in BR. My only suggestion would be to stock kitchen a little more. Sleeps 6 but we had only 5 bowls and 6 plates. A could extra plates to serve food and still have plates to eat. No electric mixer. Only one pot holder. However pots and pans volume and quality was excellent. We just picked up paper plates and bowls.

Hi There! Kristen & Sue here. We are a mother-and-daughter team, originally from Pittsburgh PA who always happen to dive into business ventures together. Fun fact, we went to beauty school and went on to open a salon together too. Now, we are excited to create comfortable stays for people to enjoy while visiting Denver, Charlotte and the surrounding areas. We look forward to hosting you!

We love this property because its comfortable and convenient. Nestled in a neighborhood of mixed mobile homes that's "off the beaten path". You may hear a rooster crow in the morning, or the neighborhood pig taking a stroll and within minutes you have access to all the best grocery stores, shopping restaurants and lake activities. It's also convenient to many corporate companies and hospitals making it the perfect place to stay while in town for work too!
