Charming cottage, well stocked with supplies. Very quiet and clean. Melbourne Village is a hidden gem. I use to live in the Village. This is the cutest place. Everything worked good.

very nice place to stay for a couple

very nice property with a extra nice shower, good layout and a covered sitting area outside for 4 full kitchen, nice living room with plenty of tv choices included and a comfy bed for 2 close to the main drag for shopping and dining out

Perfect space for a couple. Exactly as pictured and described. Neighborhood was nice with wooded walking trails. Easy to get around town. Would stay again.

Cozy little cottage

We loved this little place! It seemed like our home away from home. It is very cozy and is very nice inside. We wished we would have stayed here for our second week in Florida instead of the giant house we got in Davenport Florida.

short stay and delightfully sweet

perfect little cottage in private surroundings.very clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed, adequately supplied kitchen, great location. would have been awesome to have some decaf coffee as a choice for AM brew. and the sofa sectional sleeper could have been a bit more comfortable to overnight on.

Perfect stay

Perfect first VRBO experience. Very clean cottage, well appointed. Great neighborhood and setting, too. The full kitchen, washer/dryer, and dishwasher make this great for longer stays. This will be the first place I'll look to see if it's available any time I'm in the area. A previous reviewer mentioned issues with the toilet running - those issues seem to have been resolved. Zero issues for me during a 2 week stay.

Relaxing and Quiet

We stayed in this property for 2 weeks in December 2024. Great cottage, quiet neighborhood, lots to do in the region if you choose. There was an early mis-communication from property management. Once the issue was clearly identified, it was resolved timely to our satisfaction.We will definitely use this property again as we have family nearby.

Outstanding

This adorable little cottage used every square inch to create a functional and expertly designed oasis. Perfect for a couple. The best stocked cottage that we have ever stayed. They thought of everything and a few things I would have never thought of in a rental. Thank you for the coffee kcups, bottle of wine, and snacks. This place is close to our daughter so we will be staying here in the future.

Perfect!

Everything about our stay at Curly’s Cottage was just right except for the fact we could only stay for one night. The cottage is beautifully decorated and spotless; the outdoor spaces are suitable for a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. Who knew there was a little green oasis in the middle of Melbourne? Thank you to the owner and the manager for a wonderful experience!

Yes and No

Nicely remodeled and cozy cottage. But the toilet was a PITA. Toilet ran the whole time we were there. I complained and no attention was given to fixing it. I would turn the valve off leading to the tank at night so we could sleep and not listen to it gurgle.

The cottage is a cozy, beautiful and quiet place to relax.

What a wonderful setting. This place has a lot of charm. It has all the attributes of a modern cottage yet is only 10-20 minutes away from major beaches and waterway. Excellent restaurants and stores are within minutes. An extensive waking area is also adjacent to the property. We had an issue with the lock as the description did not match (I guess the locks had just been updated and I am technically challenged). However Pedro was able to immediately remedy. It would be helpful if a small dresser were added to the bedroom as the closet does not have a great deal of space and only one shelf. Not an issue if you’re only staying a few days but this was the second segment of our journey and we had two large suitcases so a dresser would have been a nice addition.
