Ceci est une location sous licence légale dans le village d'Islamorada licence # vr 131 L'ensemble du condo a été mis à jour en copropriété de la mer d'été situé à 88500 autoroute outre-mer dans le village d'Islamorada. Est le cadre idéal pour des vacances en famille amusantes, des escapades romantiques ou pour les snowbirds à la recherche d'un havre d'hiver. Vous êtes entourés d'hébergements propres, confortables et relaxants, proposés à des tarifs très raisonnables. Ce sont les principales raisons pour lesquelles notre clientèle a augmenté, en particulier notre famille d'invités de retour. Lorsque vous passez des vacances dans notre condominium, vous comprendrez pourquoi ... Que vous préfériez l'excitation, la détente, la pêche, la plongée ou quelque chose entre les deux ... Islamorada dans les Florida Keys a beaucoup à offrir. La région d'Islamorada offre une variété d'activités. La pêche et la plongée sont ce pour quoi Islamorada est le plus célèbre. Fell in love with Islamorada

The condo property is situated on the gulf side of HWY 1. The water views at the dock are spectacular, esp. the sunsets. We sat on the dock, reading and watching dolphins, a few baby sharks, and a manatee. Within short walking distances were restaurants and a convenience store. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we would want--including a well stocked kitchen---two ice cream scoops! The owner was helpful and friendly. We are snow birds who winter in Florida for 3 months. This was the best place. We'd come back.

Great location, Great host, Perfect getaway

This condo was in a great location - central to many activities! It was a perfect size for our family of four. Pool was great, area was quiet, laundry easily accessed. We were unable to use the gym facility (no key access for that). The unit had everything we needed for meal prep, entertainment, etc, and the unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to the Keys!

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I loved this place. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our visit. Carl our host was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely look at returning to this location in our future travels back to the Florida Keys.

The place was perfect, small but accomodating. Close to marinas and restaurants. Only small issues we had was the laundry card- because they were out and the noise from the highway. A very nice neighbor loaned us her extra card. Everything worked out great!

Great stay at Summer Seas

We had a great time visiting Islamorada and a really enjoyable stay at Carl’s condo. The condo was clean and well stocked. The property was great. The marina and beach are beautiful and the kids game room and fitness facility were great additions to our stay. Carl was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and stay. We appreciate the hospitality and would recommend!

This is the perfect spot for a family! The condo is just the right size for a family of 4 and super clean. This is our second year staying in this condo and we enjoyed every second of it. We will be staying here again.

Fun in the Sun!

The unit was clean and only four doors down from our kids so it was very convenient. The kitchen was very well appointed and the process of obtaining keys and booking the property was flawless. We will definitely be looking into this property again for our holiday season!

Perfect location, quiet beautiful scenery

We go to the keys every 6 months to dive. We have stayed at many places in area.. this was prime location. A minute to founders, a minute to dive boat, a minute to kids clubhouse.. the pool area was clean and lovely to watch sunset. We will be staying here for future trips.

Perfect Stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo. While the condo does not have an ocean view, we are just steps away from the water and my kids were able to fish all day and enjoy the pool as well. The sunsets at Summer Sea Condos were breathtaking! We met a lot of nice people there as well and had a great time. The condo has everything you needed and more as far as towels, kitchen appliances, etc. Will stay again!

Great condo!

We were very pleasantly surprised at how well the condo was supplied with things to make a great stay, like spices and cooking equipment, extra towels and linens, and just about anything else you could need. Property is very quiet and well maintained. Carl is great to deal with, very quick to respond to any questions. This place will definitely be on my A1 list of vacation rentals!

Islamorada Condo

This condo is extremely clean and is in a great location to further explore the Florida Keys or southern Florida (like the Everglades). It is very well stocked (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) and it is comfortable. It is right on Route 1 and the balcony does face the road but our son loved watching the traffic go by. The pools are very nice and the beach area is beautiful (the shore is rocky which is common as the Keys are all coral islands). We saw all sorts of fish from the docks and enjoyed walking out there multiple times per day. We did NOT receive the mailed keys from Carl before we left (they have been lost by USPS) but if that happens to you please do not worry, he does have the ability to get you into the condo either way. We had a very nice stay and Carl was very helpful especially with the fiasco we had with the keys not arriving. Otherwise you will be very happy and comfortable staying in their condo!

Great stay in a great location!

If you plan to visit the Keys, stay in Islamorada and at Carl's condo, it was a great choice! We loved the location, the heated pool, the game room, and the beautiful updates in the condo. There were a few con's to our stay, but still a great 5 star stay! 1. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock, this made us a little uneasy, but the neighborhood is very safe, which is good. 2. He does not have wifi in his apartment, he gives his guests the lobby wifi, which only extends partially into particular rooms of the condo and we had terrible cell reception in his condo. 3. Typing/emailing/texting was not an efficient way to communicate, but he was excellent at picking up the phone when called. 4. The pool only got sunlight during specific hours of the day, so tanning was tough, but it was heated so that was great! 5. We had the keys mailed to us and had to mail them back, which was a little nerve-wracking, considering how many things could go wrong with this method. 6. Laundry is not in-unit, and you have to put a minimum of $10 on the laundry card to get the facilities to work, even though it is $2 to wash and $2 to dry a single load. Again, these things were not huge deals to us, which is why it is still 5/5 stars! Would not hesitate in recommending Carl's place or staying here again, just wanted everyone to know all the details in case any of these things are deal breakers.

Our family vacationed in Isla Morada several times in the late 90's It took four years for a 2 bedroom to come on the market at summersea well worth the wait.Great place to vacation great restaurants,fishing,people and weather .What more can you ask for.Having rented condo's in the past we pride in keeping our place clean comfortable and well stocked.

The people in Isla Morada made up our minds prior to investing here we met some of the nicest people that sealed the deal.We started looking for a place that had all the things that we needed in our vacation home.(Summer Sea) was it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are close to the fishing,diving ,Great restaurants and watering holes.The sunsets from the dock and summer point are awesum.Our condo is only a few steps from all that Summer sea has to offer.
