Ceci est une des plus belles destinations dans les Keys de Floride. Notre unitĂ© est une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© qui est la plus grande unitĂ© de modĂšle Oceanpointe. Il est situĂ© au dernier Ă©tage du bĂątiment 1. L'appartement est magnifique, entiĂšrement mis Ă  jour avec un dĂ©cor Tommy Bahama, et extrĂȘmement bien entretenu. L'unitĂ© dispose d'une vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis le balcon.

Oceanpointe est situĂ© Ă  environ 70 miles de Miami et Ă  environ 90 miles de Key West. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de 24 heures de sĂ©curitĂ© et est complĂštement fermĂ©e. La station offre une Ă©norme piscine, rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, avec un jacuzzi 14 personnes, plage privĂ©e, quai de pĂȘche, et la zone de plongĂ©e, des courts de tennis, grilles de barbecue, tables de pique-nique, marina, rampe, entreposage pour bateaux, sur place bar / restaurant, et plus! Oceanpointe amĂ©liore actuellement bon nombre des caractĂ©ristiques de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Le complexe est extrĂȘmement bien entretenu et parfaitement situĂ© pour profiter de la Florida Keys.

L'emplacement est Ă  quelques minutes de certains des meilleurs restaurants dans les Florida Keys, Ă  quelques minutes d'une rencontre des dauphins, des thĂ©Ăątres, des galeries, des films, et le shopping. Vous pouvez littĂ©ralement sauter sur votre bateau et Ă  2 minutes ĂȘtre loin dans l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. Le complexe est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour profiter de quelques-uns des meilleurs sites de plongĂ©e, ce qui inclut John Pennekamp Coral Reef Park.

Notre unitĂ© dispose d'une cuisine nouvellement Ă©quipĂ©e, avec des comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable de marque nouvelle. PrĂ©parez vos daiquiris et profiter des couchers de soleil. Les salles de bains ont des douches de pleine grandeur et de vanitĂ©s neuves. 50 "TV dans les chambres et le salon. L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©. La chambre principale a un lit extrĂȘmement confortable King size et la deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits simples trĂšs confortables.

Il n'est pas nécessaire de regarder plus loin. Ce complexe et notre unité offre tout ce que vous cherchez en cherchant des vacances extraordinaires. Apportez votre bateau et lorsque l'espace est disponible, vous pouvez amarrer votre bateau dans le port de plaisance privé par le bureau sur place. Bateau et le stockage de la remorque est disponible. Détendez-vous, asseyez-vous, et profiter de la Florida Keys que vous regardez le lever du soleil depuis le balcon.

Awesome stay

The condo was very nice. Everything you need is in condo. Short walk to the pool. Very convenient to stores. Highly recommend this place in Ocean Point.

Relaxing Spring Break

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Beach area is a little small and there isn’t much nearby, but that kept it very quiet! You have to drive 20 mins or so to restaurants.

This place was very clean and nicely decorated. Wish it had had a better view of the ocean and a little closer to the beach, but it was well stocked and the owner could not have been nicer!

Great stay

This unit had everything we needed. Very clean and beautiful appointed. Great communication with owner. The complex is also great and secure - pool, beach, tennis, and lovely landscaping. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

Very Nice Complex, if you have a boat this is the place to stay for sure. We do not have a boat but enjoyed all of the many other perks. Great Location, Gated community, Super Nice staff and Neighbors, pool, Beach, On site Bar and Snack Food, condo's a great set up all with a Small Balcony, several outside seating areas if you need more room.

4 night girls get-away

Nice property close to good restaurants. Beach is nice and there weren't many people when we were there. Property manager/owner was great to deal with and the check in process was super smooth. This was a great home base for a 4 night girls get-away. Thank you Marcial!

Wonderful Condo

Beautiful condo on 4th floor corner. Quiet, clean, stylish, well appointed furnishings. The grounds were clean and the staff and security - very nice. Pool area is large and clean. Memorial weekend but we always had a place to sit and it never felt crowded. Owners called us on arrival and departure making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. We will stay here again!

Exactly as Pictured

Marcial make this last minute trip very easy. He sent written instructions on checking in and obtaining keys and parking. He even called to make certain that everything went okay. The condo was large and the beds and linens were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. We loved our trip.

Very clean and nicely decorated. The second bedroom would be great for a family with children but is challenging for 2 couples sharing the condo. The building is the first unit on the property, so no ocean view.

Great Upper Keys Escape

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Unit was very clean and quiet and had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. Grocery store and restaurants were a short drive away. Owners were great and shared some helpful hints about property and surrounding area. Pool/hot tub and beach were both very nice and in good condition. Check-in to the property was a breeze, the complex does have a security gate, but the in and out process was extremely quick and never an issue.

Prettily-appointed decor and clean throughout (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness!). Honestly, it seemed as if few people had been there b/c the floors were clean, there were no scuff marks on walls, and cooking utensils looked new. Marcial was very responsive to my messages, often getting back to me within a few minutes. Would recommend to others!

I have stayed at Ocean pointe many times over the past 15 years. This unit was in building 1. The only real down side is there isn’t an ocean view from this particular room. For us, we’ve seen the view, a first timer might want the view. Love the area. Quiet. Drivable. Lovely pool. The hosts were very nice, communicated in a timely manner, and were thankful for the business.

Relaxing time in Tavernier

My family and I spent 5 days here. This was an end-unit so I suspect it has a bit more room than in other units in the building. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our time there.. All we had to do was buy the groceries. The pool area, with cabana, was nice and my family spent significant time there. The beach was a bit small but perfect if you’re into that sort of thing. We saw mostly families in the complex during our stay but overall the place was pretty quiet/relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Very nice with disappointing view

The condo was very nice with everything we needed for our stay! Communication with the owners was excellent. However, the condo was listed as an “oceanfront unit”. We could not see the ocean from our balcony and we had to walk past several buildings on the property to get to the beach. I felt it was misleading.

Great unit on top floor at the end of building. Very comfortable feel, nicely furnished. Definitely a plus with one of the bedrooms having two twin beds. Great tile work in bathrooms. Kitchen and appliances modern and very nice. Marcial was very nice and helpful throughout the rental request and our stay and departure. I highly recommend this unit. Overall, Ocean Pointe is a great location to call home while exploring the Keys. I visit the Keys multiple times each year and always look forward to my stays at Ocean Pointe. I would stay in Marcial's unit again. Five stars all the way.

Fantastic Getaway

The apartment was sparkling clean, bright and spacious with a very comfortable, large master bedroom and bathroom and a smaller secondary bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was modern, with a new fridge, dishwasher, stove and sink. Nearby we'd enjoy our breakfasts with the sun streaming through a lovely bay window. All the necessities were provided and easy to find. Outside the parking is abundant and there's a small beach with lounge chairs and a pier. I wouldn't spend too much time there as the pool and hot tubs are excellent. Very warm and clean. The place is conveniently situated near a Circle K gas station and Winn Dixie supermarket. After day trips to Islamorada, Marathon and Key West, we really felt at home coming back to the apartment. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Great location in the Florida Keys

The property is very quiet, with a fantastic pool and small but nice beach area. Somewhere we got the idea that kayaks and paddle boards were available at the resort, but they are not. They must be rented from a local company. The weather was perfect for our stay and we ventured to many area attractions, including the drive to Key West. We also rented a boat for one day, which allowed us to snorkel and relax at a sand bar in the ocean. The bar/restaurant on the property can't be relied upon, as it has very limited hours and small menu. 2 of the 5 days we stayed it wasn't open at all. Not the fault of the condo owner, just the way the resort operates the restaurant. Many other great restaurants are just a short drive from the property. Snook's was our favorite- for the food, atmosphere and the sunset.

Wonderful Vacation Get Away

My husband and I are both healthcare professionals and decided we needed a mental health break. I found this property through VRBO and couldn’t be more pleased. The unit was sparkling clean upon arrival, it had so many things in there for our stay, and it was a pleasant surprise as healthcare professionals even finding a little basket with hand sanitizer ,wipes, and a pack of masks! The grounds are well-kept and The pool and private beach area we’re very relaxing . The owner was phenomenal not only checking in on us to see if we arrived and giving dining recommendations but also our last day of stay to see how everything had gone . I don’t ever think I’ve stayed at a VRBO where an owner does that but that is the touch that goes the extra mile. I would highly recommend for anybody to rent this lovely two bedroom two bath condo. You will have a wonderful time and be well taken care of by the owner and his wife. If we come back this way in the future, I would definitely rent this property again.
