Beachfront Generations Beach House se trouve tranquillement sur le sable de sucre peu fréquenté de Carillon Beach, en Floride. La grande maison privée avec chalet d'invités (inclus) comprend 6 chambres, 6. 5 salles de bain, 2 cuisines entièrement équipées, 3 espaces de vie, 2 balcons sur le golfe et un service de plage privé réservé du 1er mars à la mi-octobre. Les générations dorment 15.

L'une des plages les plus primées de Floride, Carillon Beach est une communauté côtière fermée de plus de 100 acres à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport international des plages du nord-ouest de la Floride (ECP).

Tous les clients sont les bienvenus dans les 3 piscines Carillon (2 chauffées en saison), un terrain de basket de grande taille, des courts de tennis, une aire de jeux avec salle de jeux, des aires de jeux sur pelouse et des concerts gratuits. Dînez, magasinez, faites de l'exercice (remise en forme, yoga, vélo, location de planches à pagaie) et utilisez le salon et le spa à service complet du "Downtown" Carillon - à environ 2 pâtés de maisons de Generations.

Generations offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Les clients ont un accès balcon privé directement à la plage et à la "Beach yard situé" 6 chaises longues rembourrées avec parasols (mars à mi-octobre). Des chaises de location supplémentaires sont disponibles. Les clients peuvent maximiser leur temps de vacances à la plage en ayant leur maison directement sur la plage.

Sont fournis 3 lits King, 1 lit Queen, 4 lits superposés, 1 lit de repos et 1 canapé-lit Queen. Également fourni: eau chaude sans fin Rinnai, 3 réfrigérateurs, 2 lave-vaisselle, jouets de plage, chaises pliantes "orteils dans l'eau", jeux, Netflix, téléviseurs HD, WiFi amélioré, Play Station 4 avec 4 contrôleurs et jeux, Keurig et café goutte à goutte régulier fabricants, barrières de sécurité pour enfants, grand gril extérieur au gaz naturel, parking sur place pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 voitures, et bien plus encore.

À proximité se trouvent de nombreux restaurants de classe mondiale, des boutiques côtières, 8 parcours de golf de championnat, une piste cyclable de 30 km, les communautés côtières 30A de Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach et Panama City Beach. Beautiful & Perfectly Located

This was our second time staying at Generations - and it was just as perfect as we remembered! A great space & layout for our extended family which includes 12 people ranging from 3 to 80. You feel like you're at the beach even when inside with the huge windows & expansive view. We were constantly down at the beach or pool when not sitting out on the decks. Everything was so easy!

Amazing house

The neighborhood is cute, but a little quiet for me. But the house is amazing. The master bedroom deck was so perfect. The lower deck was also perfect beach view. Seconds and you are in a chair by the ocean. The kitchen was wonderful. I was amazed at the pots that were all clad. Nothing cheap. And the house was well maintained. We will be back.

Family Holiday At The Beach

Three generations of our family from across the country met for a week at the Generations home. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for the 10 of us. It was a great house in the perfect location. All of of the amenities were as advertised! We would definitely stay there again!

Birthday celebration

It was such a fun birthday celebration with good friends! The house is amazing and so fully stocked! Carillon is a perfect location. We had a great time playing tennis, pickleball and walking the neighborhood. I would definitely stay again without hesitation!

Wonderful week!

House was everything I hoped for! First time to Carillon Beach and we’ll be back for sure. We had 10 adults and 6 kids (5 months to 5 years old). The house being on the beach was so convenient. House was updated and very clean.

Perfect Beachfront Vacation Spot!

Generations is a fantastic beachfront vacation home! Both the main house and guest house are beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained, well equipped and designed to comfortably house a large family including those with small children. We have stayed in several other similar homes in Carillon and Generations is my favorite. Ken is great to work with and we hope to return to Generations very soon!

Perfect Family Vacation!

We love your beautiful home. A perfect week with our family. All was provided to make it perfect - We love the quiet beach. The guest house was great for our large family. We feel very blessed to have the best beach vacation in such a great house. We definitely will be back. We made lots of great memories with our children and grandchildren.

Great house but needs some TLC

House was a great size and clean upon arrival. Could use some deep cleaning and repainting - fabric side chair in family room is stained, kitchen counter is cracked, cabinet paint is in bad shape in master bathroom and the lower level bathroom and "bedroom" really need updating. Note that the oceanside patio is narrower than at other houses in Carillon, so you won't be able to put more than 3 people around a table and there are no couches, just tall, hard chairs. The location is very close to the pool which was nice. A/C is strong and kept up even in the late afternoon.

Multiple Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Generations!!! Everything about the property was exactly as it had been described - we were not disappointed in any way. The owner gave us all the information we needed and could not have been any nicer - in fact we had a special request that he graciously granted. The house more than comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. I highly recommend this property.

Generations is great for generations!

A FABULOUS place to stay. The house and cottage were perfect for our family reunion . We had a variety of ages and all loved it. The kitchen is gourmet and the beds are comfy and cozy. The beach and view are stunning. a gorgeous sunset every night. The books and games and beach toys and chairs fit our every need. All this in a storybook neighborhood. It could not have been any better

This house is perfect. Beautiful, clean, well taken care of - and in a beautiful location!

The house and property is beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Booking, check-in, and check out were all super easy and convenient. We had groceries delivered by Lois and are so thankful that was an option. The beds are so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is ahhhhmazing. Everything is in great condition and well taken care of. Couldn’t have been better.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The pictures don’t do the place justice. It was beautiful in person, in the cutest community and in the perfect location! We couldn’t have had a better time. This house is right near the beachfront pool, which was a huge bonus, and we enjoyed walking to get pizza and ice cream in the neighborhood! The appliances and kitchen equipment are top of the line, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, the bathrooms are so nice (nice deep tubs), and they have tons of floaties and toys for the beach. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier! Definitely recommend.

Spoiled week at the beach!

We have stayed in Carillon many times, but this was our first time staying directly on the beach at Generations. Ken was excellent to communicate with! The property was very clean, and the perfect setup for our 3 families (13 people). We enjoyed eating our lunches on the back porch each day while still being able to enjoy the ocean and not have to carry it all down to the beach. The baby gates were awesome to have with little ones around!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beachfront Home with all the Amenities

This beautiful beachfront home was completely renovated from the last time we stayed there (under different ownership). The renovations are fantastic as the home looks new. It is comfortable, well laid out, and well equipped with the best stocked kitchen and amenities (provision of all soaps) that I have seen in a rental. The owners are extremely easy to work with. Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. The bunk beds are just the right size for young children. The beach is very accessible, making it convenient to go back and forth to the house (another plus with children). I would highly recommend it.

Great Family Beach Vacation

The whole family, grandma, brothers, sisters, grand children.... all were able to enjoy the beach under one roof with this amazing house. There is nothing that compares to being on the beach and being able to run inside to refill your drink or grab another football to throw on the beach. This house is in a prime location and we felt like royalty when the beach workers would come put down our comfy mats and up our umbrella each day. Highlights where using glow sticks on the beach crab hunting and the fact that the beach was all ours with just a few other people. Such great memories for our family on this vacation. Best Vacation EVER!!!

We absolutely LOVED this house and community!! It was the most relaxing and fun vacation! Being right on the beach was so wonderful. We rented a golf cart for ease of getting to darling and convienent community cafe, coffee, pizza and restaurants. I loved doing yoga in the park and on the beach. My husband loved the workout area. My teens had a blast at the heated pools and sports court. The house was just perfect and clean and had everything we could need. We loved the beach toys and extra chairs and loved the ease of walking right onto the beach with our chairs and umbrella already set up and waiting for us! We rented paddle boards at the shop in the community and they delivered them within 30 minutes of ordering and they picked up for us at the house! The owners were wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about this house. We hope to be back.

Best Place in the Area

We had a wonderful time at Generations! The house was perfect! You cannot beat the location! 5 minutes from Rosemary, 10 minutes from Pier Park, and in a safe, gated, quiet community! The beach was never crowded. We peeked at the beaches in Seaside and Rosemary and they were 4 rows deep! We prefer quiet and private! The little downtown is charming! Gratify was perfect for dinner, Phat Crab has delicious pizza, and the Little Beach Cafe is great for coffee, breakfast and lunch. The house was filled with beach toys and extra chairs. It was so nice to have the beach chair service. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Plenty of towels, garbage bags, detergent, etc... The space was perfect for our group of 12. Having the extra little house was great for the family with teenagers and the extra living room in the main house was great for the kids. We would definitely come back to Generations in Carillon!

Beach Bliss

This was our annual family beach week, and we had a blast! The location is fantastic. The house is large and well maintained. It came with six fixed beach chairs, plus they had a number of portable chairs and an umbrella you could take down to the water if you like. Lots of parking We love the Carillon community. 30A is fantastic, but the traffic is a major drag. Not a problem at Carillon! All the pools are within easy walking distance. Private access to the beach. The house is well decorated, but not overly so (as is the case for many beach homes we have rented). There is a spiral staircase to access the bottom and top floors, and that's not for the mobility impaired. Also, there is a "public" (that is, the Carillon public) walkover next to the house, but that was never an issue for us. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely rent Generations again.

Perfect for couples getaway as well as family vacation with the kids.

Generations exceeded our expectations! The house was clean and very spacious! We had 8 adults but could has easily added lots of kids and even a couple more adults with the extra rooms and pull out sofas. Very nicely decorated and not dated at all! Large flat screens in every room, perfect for watching football at night. We did not utilize the kitchen very much but it had very nice high-end appliances and an extremely large dining table which would be great for big family vacations! Two of the couples that stayed are planning on bringing family back to Carillon for vacation with hopes of staying in Generations again!! The private access to the beach from the balcony was perfect... especially if you have young children and sand toys to take with you.... The neighborhood was quiet and had sidewalks everywhere for kids and families to ride their bikes. Very short walk to the shops and restaurants in Carillon. Perfect location all around. 15 min drive from Seaside and Watercolor. 3 minute drive to nice restuarants in Rosemary beach. Very quiet and family oriented. We didn't use the pools but they were very nice for when we come back with children.

Spring Break 2013

My family and friends stayed in Generations House for Spring Break 2013 and we had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect so we couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was exactly as listed, clean and well-maintained. The owner was wonderful, both before and during our stay, he answered our many questions about the house and Carillon community. We booked well in advance because we knew the layout of the main house and cottage house was perfect for our party of 15. We were so happy with the community, our kids ranging in ages 9-16 rode bikes through the community (as well as the adults), shopped at the ice cream store in town and enjoyed going to the basketball court and pools and Shipwreck store. The cottage house was perfect for all the kids to have their own space with still being close to the adults. The only thing I wish the community had were more restaurants to walk to, there was one open but not much variety, but it did look like more shops were being renovated to open in the future. The drive to restaurants was close so it was not an issue and nice to get out every now and again if we didn’t cook at the house, which we did often. The beach chairs provided by the house was great and we utilized them every day. Being directly on the beach was so worth it, being able to walk in for a snack or lunch was so wonderful, I would definitely recommend the house for anyone interested in a quiet vacation with no spring breakers on the beach and beautiful views. We can’t stop talking about how wonderful the house and location was and would love to return…. Best vacation we have ever had…. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.
