La propriété vient de terminer une rénovation de 1 million de dollars. Il y a de nouvelles balustrades sur la véranda, un nouvel ascenseur, un nouveau mur de mer, une nouvelle bibliothèque où vous pouvez trouver un roman à lire au bord de la piscine.
Cette unité est entièrement meublé comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle), laveuse, sécheuse, Internet & Wi-Fi, et téléphone (avec connexion illimitée locale et des États-Unis / Canada demande). Nous voulons que nos clients de profiter de leur séjour. L'unité est bien équipé pour un couple, dans un petit immeuble en copropriété au calme, juste sur le bord de Lahaina - la plus ensoleillée de Maui partie de l'île. Ça ne convient pas pour faire la fête. Le condo a un lit Queen confortable dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, si vous voulez dormir au son des vagues de l'océan.

Cette station de bord de mer Location Maui orienté adulte (ne convient pas pour faire la fête) se trouve à droite au bord de l'eau et bénéficie d'une vue à couper le souffle de Lanai et Molokai et couchers de soleil remarquables dans les soirées. En hiver et au début du printemps, vous pouvez observer les baleines à droite de la montre de votre véranda. Il ya des tortues au sein de 50 pieds de la rive sur la plupart des jours, juste en face de la piscine en bord de piscine. Construit lorsque la propriété au bord de l’océan était encore disponible, elle est scrupuleusement entretenue par Mike, le responsable résident, qui rendra votre séjour vraiment agréable.

La propriété offre une belle, décorée de mosaïque, chauffée, bord de mer, piscine privée, une bibliothèque et un espace barbecue pour votre plaisir, et la célèbre plage de Ka'anapali est à seulement quelques minutes.
Situé dans un pâté de maisons de Lahaina Cannery et Gateway Malls avec des épiceries Safeway et Foodland et des pharmacies Longs et Walgreens, il se trouve à proximité de nombreux restaurants et vous pourrez vous rendre à pied au centre-ville de Lahaina.

Il ya beaucoup à faire dans et autour de Maui. Downtown Lahaina (rue Front) - Ceci est le centre de shopping et les activités de Lahaina! Il est tout à distance de marche de l'unité. Il existe d'innombrables cafés, restaurants, et magasins ici pour plaire à tous vos sens. Le plus grand arbre Banyan en Amérique du Nord est en plein centre ville, par le principal port de Lahaina, à 20 min. marche.

La plage Kana'apali, promenade, et les hôtels sont seulement 1. 2 miles au nord de la copropriété.
Lahaina Cannery Mall est enfermé, air conditionné, et à seulement 5 minutes du condo. Ce centre commercial a le plaisir des restaurants décontractés, Starbucks, et une aire de restauration. Beaucoup d'autres activités comprennent des danseurs de hula, musique live, et des festivals annuels.

Love this place!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Lahaina Roads and when we come back, we will definitely look to stay here again! The location is wonderful and you cannot beat the view! Nick, the owner, was so accommodating to us, you couldn't ask for someone better.

Excellent location and good stay

Direct ocean front, walk to beach, shopping and the town. We found some termite in the bedroom but the owner got the resident manager to clean it immediately the next morning after being reported, and arranged professional treatment later, the owner even voluntarily refunded half of one night charge.

Location of rental was very near downtown Lahaina which was very convenient for for food, shopping, beautiful ocean scenery. Owner of property, Nick, was great to work with and very responsive to questions we had. He provided many restaurants and sights for us to check out. Overall great experience!

Great location and view. Walking distance to Front Street shops. Really enjoyed Dirty Monkey bar and grill. Property had great view, great manager, super clean pool and condo. We also enjoyed borrowing from their library at the condos. Mahalo!

Unbeatable location!

In the heart of Lahaina we could easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Multiple days we even walked to downtown Lahaina. The sunsets from our lanai were unbelievable. Turtles frequently visited in front of the property. The owner was extremely communicative, helpful and ensured we had everything we needed.

Such a great spot. Watched the whales all week from our balcony. The sound of the waves so close… so relaxing…. Walked to grocery, restaurants, Starbucks. Short hop to the harbor. Perfect spot. Hope to come back someday!!!!

Good Lahaina condo rental

Owner was prompt in responding to questions. He gave a lot of good info about things to see and do. The condo location was perfect. Quick access to beaches, stores and town. Bedroom windows facing the main street and elevator did present some noise, but not bad. Mostly blocked out by the white noise of the ocean! Would stay again.

My husband and I had a beautiful 8 day vacation at this condo. The property provided not only an exceptional ocean view but in a convenient location for walking for groceries, restaurants, water excursions, and downtown Lahaina shops. Sunsets and Turtles!

This property location is ideal for walking to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and snorkeling spots. In fact, you can snorkel from the steps of the ocean wall at the complex. The owner, Nick, is very responsive to any problems you may encounter at the unit or on the island. The property manager is always helpful and available as well. The unit is well stocked for down time when you come back from a day of adventures on Maui. You won't regret choosing to stay here!

A wonderful retreat with a great ocean view and sounds of the surf

We spent ten days enjoying Nick's condo...it had almost everything we needed for our stay, the unit has comfortable furnishings, and what a view! There's no better way to experience Maui than sitting on the lanai soaking in the ocean sounds and sights. The pool is great, and your sunset view includes Lanai, Molokai, and a distant Oahu. Nick had warned us that demolition and reconstruction was in process, and there was some disturbance during the daytime, but we had a great time anyway. We hope to return and enjoy the unit again.

Good location, good value.

Location was excellent for us. 20 min walk to Banyan Tree and Lahaina shops, and 45 - 60 min walk to Kaanapali and Whaler's village, 5 min walk to Safeway and other shops. With bus service, you really don't need a car unless you want to tour the rest of the island. Downside is that you are so close to the Ocean, some may be bothered by the constant surf noise - but this actually appealed to us. I recall that this facility is advertized as adult oriented and this was also a plus for us.There is some road noise from Front Street at night, but traffic is light. We would consider this unit for future visits!

Condo with great water view

This is just the condo we wanted for our Maui vacation. It's right next to the water. We can spot turtles from our lanai. It has a very nice size pool and BBQ area. It's walking distance to old town Lahaina and has a beautiful beach part just about 15 minutes walk north. The unit is spacious and furnished nicely with all the amenities to do some cooking if you don't want to eat out all the time. It's just a few minutes walk from Safeway and close to good restaurants. There are also food truck park near Safeway and one closer to old town Lahaina if you don't want to pay the price of a Maui restaurant.

It was quite cozy and exactly what we needed. The location was nice, away from any noise from the main part of front street. I was glad it had a kitchen since we went fishing I had a place to cook my catch. The view was wonderful! It was a joy watching the sunset from the balcony, and wake up with morning coffee and watch the waves. The only real issue with the place was the sliding glass door to the balcony would get stuck, and was extremely hard to open. And if you can't handle the heat, there is no AC, which didn't bother us too often. All in all my husband and I had a nice stay and would come here again if we had the opportunity. Thanks!

No frills condo, amazing location

The condo is exactly as described. The condo /building is dated but has the comforts of home including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beach gear (folding backpack chairs, coolers, beach towels, snorkel masks). The toilet was a bit quirky and some lights didn’t work. For someone who likes it quite cool, the condo was quite warm during the day even with windows/patio doors open and fans running, but Nick the owner had forewarned us about this. The downsides were outweighed by the excellent oceanfront location where turtles can be seen swimming right up to the sea wall.

Excellent Location for our return to Maui

We have stayed in Maui 3 times before up at Kahana Reef, but this time we thought we would cast the net further but it still had to be ocean side with a good view, oceanfront pool, and small and intimate. This unit had it all plus was within walking distance of Lahaina town. The unit is clean and well equipped, including new chairs on the lanai and a new 39 inch flatscreen TV (which worked great with the Sony BluRay player for netflix etc). The Tommy Bahama''s beach chairs were a nice touch. The local Safeway is great for all your needs, in fact if you didn't want to explore the Island a car would not be required. We can think of no negatives for this unit, communication with the owner, Nick was good with quick response times. We didn't want to leave and will be back next year.

Great Location & Helpful Touches

We loved this place. Although the property is a bit dated, it's clean and well maintained. The location cannot be beaten. It's a mere 0.3 miles from 5 or 6 great restaurants, as well as a Safeway, and only 0.6 miles from Baby Beach. Before we arrived, we were concerned that the lack of air conditioning might be a problem, but it was not. Although it got up to 85 degrees most days of our stay, the fans and natural breezes kept things quite pleasant. All appliances worked as advertised (the toilet is very temperamental, but it worked during our entire stay). The pool is very clean and warm. One of the things we most appreciated was all of the beach supplies that were available -- chairs, towels, an umbrella, water shoes, and plenty of sunscreen. Nick, the owner, was very responsive, and check-in was easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat -- and I sure hope that we do so very soon!

Great condo, super location and well managed. We're still in the condo. Today is our last day. Our plane leaves at 10:40 pm, and we would have been "homeless" for about 12 hours, but Nick has let us stay as late as we want. Great guy and very responsive. The condo is fully equipped with condiments, a mini drug store in the bathroom, and lots of condiments in the kitchen. Like being home. The complex is quite empty in August and very quiet. One nice thing about Lahina is that you don't get the trade winds howling down the beach like in Kiehi. Turtles hang out along the retaining wall. Very nice beach, Baby Beach 1/2 mile away. We were here for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great Maui Location and Accomodation

We enjoyed our 2017 stay at Lahaina Roads very much. It is the 2nd time we have stayed in this unit. It is very comfortable and met all of our vacation needs. You sure cannot beat the view! We truly appreciated the majority of the LR guests being adults as well. It was very relaxing to be at a vacation destination without lots of running and screaming little ones. (We love kids but this is not the place for them.) The owners of the unit were very attentive to making sure everything was OK for our stay. They also provided all the information we needed to enjoy the surrounding area and all that Maui has to offer. They were very easy to work with and the booking was very easy. What did we like about the unit: full kitchen, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, 2nd floor so we could take the steps, deck with a great view, and the location of Lahaina Roads. The location is close to restaurants and a major grocery store so we could walk and not drive. All in all...a great place to stay.

This property is conveniently situated just outside of old town Lahaina, grocery shopping, beach and running path to other northbound resort beach complexes in Kaanapali and beyond. You can walk or drive, whichever is preferred. The perfect location for everything you need and do in West Maui. The ocean front view is priceless, and you can never get tired of sitting on the lanai and just watch / listen to the waves coming ashore anytime if the day. Unfortunately we missed the sea turtles sighting, but we heard from others they were there (just below the sea wall) one of the mornings. Nick is a super host, very detailed (instructions, helpful travel info, recommendations), highly responsive, and follows up with you during and after your stay. The apartment has everything we needed and we made brunch every morning watching the ocean, and on nights that we don’t want to go out, it’s easy to buy take-out or make something simple. The in-suite washer/dryer are very convenient and easy to operate. Our only feedback is if the floors could be even cleaner (we prefer to go barefoot inside home), that would make a perfect score. We had an amazing stay and we hope to return in the future!

Great location and wonderful view condo

If you do not want to do a lot of driving on vacation, this is the place for you. It was easy walking to 4-5 restaurants, a grocery store and a tourist mall (Cannery Mall). We also were able to walk less than a half mile to a snorkel area (Baby Beach) where we felt very safe. This Lahaina Roads Condo is very clean, well maintained and nice. This unit seemed to be more updated than others and we were very pleased with it. The bed and hide-a-bed were very comfortable. The complex was low key...mostly age 55+...quiet and relaxing. Also, the manager onsite was available and very responsive. The unit was tastefully decorated and lovely to spend time inside and out on the balcony. The views of Lanai were spectacular - we saw 100+ whales between us and Island of Lanai. It was fun watching the turtles out in front of the seawall too. The unit was well equipped - plus, it included everything you need for beach time such as beach towels and beach chairs. The washer/dryer was a real plus too. All appliances were in good working condition. One of our favorite features was the large shower. The owners, Nick and Sylvie, have been wonderful to work with and very responsive to all of our inquiries and questions which is most appreciated. We grew up in Europe, and moved to North America over 20 years ago. We love living in Canada, but find the winters a bit long and a bit cold...
When we discovered Hawaii, it seemed like paradise. We stayed on Maui, but when we discovered Lahaina Roads, we just loved the view, the peaceful yet convenient location, the layout of the units. We dreamed of owning a place here, and suddenly we were able to make that dream come true. We are delighted to share our slice of paradise some of the time, so the unit remains fresh.
We had custom built windows installed in the bedroom to keep the noise from Front Street down, so our unit is nice and quiet.

Rent this unit if the traffic noise from the highway and Front street will interfere with your sleep - we have double glazed windows on the bedroom that cut out most of the noise.
Rent this unit if you like the spacy layout and décor. We do not have the kitchen island that takes up a lot of space in the living room - check out the photos.
Rent this unit if you would like a safe in the unit.
Do not rent this unit if you insist on air-conditioning. We find the trade winds, the louvered windows and the fans in every room work fine when it gets a bit warm.
Do not rent this unit if you have young children.
Rent at Lahaina Roads if you want to be right on the ocean, a short walk to the beach, all the stores you will need for your stay, and close to the restaurants of Lahaina and Ka'anapli Beach, but away from the hustle and congestion.
Rent at Lahaina Roads if you want to watch turtles in the ocean and the sun setting from your private lanai or sitting by the pool, and be a short walk from the Old Lahaina Luau.
Stay in Lahaina if you want some of the best weather on Maui.

The view! At any time of the day or night, it is a delight to contemplate.
We get up early and walk along Kanapali beach to Black Rock, go swimming or snorkeling, then come back for breakfast on the lanai. Lunch at Kahului is always a treat, we go to the Cafe o' Lei at the Dunes golf course or Tommy Bahamas happy hour at the shops a Wailea. Happy hour with pupus at Fleetwoods, Duke's or Leilani's, or one of the Mala, Honu, Frida's restaurants right by the condo.
We also love the Wailea boardwalk, and the beaches on the south end of the island. The happy hour at Nick's Fish House or Ko in the Fairmont is worth a try. A whale watching trip and a snorkeling trip to Molokini or Lanai are usually in our plans. And a few rounds of golf on one of the courses - everything is within about 20 miles drive, and the road to Ma'alaea is a delight. Once in a lifetime visitors may also consider the road to Hana, with the seven sacred pools, and Lindburgh's burial site. See the sunrise over the crater of Haleakala. Visit the Tedeschi winery above Oprah's estates. Snorkel off the private island of Lanai and in the sunken crater of Molokini.
