Family friendly and stylish! Our newly remodeled 4 bdrm 3 bthrm home comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. Upstairs has a great open layout with a beautiful kitchen, dining room and cozy living room. The downstairs family room has a selection of board games, a foosball table and an arcade style basketball game for fun family entertainment. Master bdrm w/king bed and private bathroom, 3 bdrms w/ queen beds and 2 sofa sleepers. Great backyard seating and 2 car garage available for parking.

We had an issue with the refrigerator, and the host arranged to get it fixed quickly-much appreciated. The amenities were exactly what our group needed - a spacious, well-appointed kitchen, plus bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 8 women. The location was close to our event venue and the neighborhood felt very safe. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was spotless and so thoughtfully designed. The décor was beautiful, making it feel both stylish and clean The beds were incredibly comfortable! And the games for the kiddos were an amazing addition! Every detail felt intentional, and it was clear that the hosts really care about their guests’ experience. Convenient for our trip!

My husband and I were in town for the Chiefs' game and were able to enjoy some new restaurants and sites. This home was comfortable and travel to and from was very easy.

We attended a wedding in KC. The location was great. Easy access to I-35. Very close to Overland park business district. The house is part of a small cul-de-sac so parking was easy and private. Remodeled with modern conveniences.

Family weekend

Great place to stay for a family weekend event! Easy keyless checkin and out, and quiet neighborhood. Rental was close to our venue yet close to other things like explore Kansas City, shopping and great restaurants in Lenexa. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

This property worked really well for us. We had a large group in town for a graduation and we had plenty of room to cook and hang out together. I would recommend if you have a toddler to bring a baby gate as there are stairs, luckily we packed one. I would book this rental again!

Great Visit to KC!

We had an extended Family weekend getaway and this house was perfect! It was clean and easy to access. Great localation for doing all things KC! Communication was easy and Rich was accommodating. Would recommend this property!

We had a group of 8 in town for a Chiefs game. The house suited our needs just fine. Very clean and plenty of room. Rich was great to work with.

Overall, we had a really fun time and the host Home served its purpose for us. We started off a little bumpy as it seemed the Housekeepers maybe didn’t finish the job that they started. By that I mean, they didn’t do any of the special touches that most VRBO‘s do. Also we had to buy soap for the downstairs bathroom because they didn’t have soap and there were just a lot of things missing that Rich had to help us locate by messaging back-and-forthbut Rich was more than helpful. He did everything he could to change the way our trip started off and for that I’m very grateful. So I would say that if the Housekeepers had done their job, I would have given this stay five stars.

Quick Trip to Kansas City

We booked this house as a place to meet up with family from the KC area for a short week. I was nervous as the house didn't have any reviews at the time of booking. But I was pleasantly surprised that the house matched the pictures exactly, was very clean, and was in a safe location. We picked this property based on the room/family space and games available for our kids...they loved the indoor basketball! The location was close to anything that we needed during our stay and was 15ish minutes from downtown. We felt this was a good property for the rate that we booked at and would stay there again, should we decide to travel to KC in the future.

Thanks for the great review. Not sure why you aren't seeing reviews. I was pretty sure I had some through VRBO. We do way more bookings through other apps and have great reviews in those platforms. Thanks for booking with us.

The house inside was as the pictures showed. The kitchen had lots of pans and cooking equipment. There were plenty of towels and there were lots of rolls of toilet paper and paper towels which is unusually just enough to get you through a day or two. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pop a shot and the foosball These are some of the many good things Now for some of the not so good things.The board games had parts missing so we could not play many of them. My wife and grandson like to go barefooted and their feet were so black at night , they ahead to wash them off before they could get in the bed . The outside of the house which looked great in the pictures had not been taken care of for sometime. While the yard is mostly gravel, which we knew , the weeds were so tall that it made it not available to play pitch with my grandson. There were dead leaves all over the back deck and none of the furniture on the deck or in the back yard had been cleaned for sometime. The bbq grill was partially taken apart and was dirty. It didn’t look like anyone had paid attention to the back yard for months .

Im sorry your stay had some issues. We did have some big storms and a lot of the backyard bark was washed away and was needing attention. We actually had it cleaned up after your stay. Sorry we werent able to get to it before. I did take note of your issues and will address them. We appreciate your business.

This was a great place! The water pressure in the showers was fantastic and we never ran out of hot water! It was a perfect 30 minute drive to the Power and Light district and best of all, in the neighborhood of Mudpie Bakery!
