The space even has a small kitchen with all the important appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster—a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! Sleep soundly in one of the two queen beds. A full bathroom is provided, as is a walk-in closet for ample storage space. And there's plenty of seating to choose from, between the dining table, the beds, and the living room furnishings. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. What's nearby: Within steps of Florida's gleaming beaches, fantastic nightlife, and dining, this efficiency condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family to share while they explore Florida's Gulf Coast. This condo is close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Signal Hill Golf Course for a day out on the greens—and don’t forget the beach right outside! Some of our favorite activities are sports fishing, hiking in St. Andrews State Park, and walking to Dee's Hang Out for some crab cakes and Cajun remoulade.

The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost of it is $30, and they accept credit card and cash(no debit card)

NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL TIME while on the property for safety
