The space
This unique home’s size is very deceiving! The upper level is the main level where you enter the home. The floor plan includes a kitchen, living room, master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom attached, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds in each room and shared full bathroom, 2 dining areas/rooms (one in an enclosed sunroom called an “Arizona room”), and the laundry room. A staircase to the lower level takes you to 2 more spacious bedrooms with cozy queen beds in each room, a shared full bathroom, large gym area with tv, a dedicated office/workspace area, swanky great room/media room with tv and colorful led lighting throughout, workspaces for kids, and bar for entertaining. The lower level Arizona room has an indoor hot tub for year round use. It is the perfect way to relax after hiking and exploring. The outdoor area is where you will find an outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a seasonal use stock tank pool, large enough for 4-6 people at one time to take a cool dip in the hot summer months.
