Located directly on the water, this home has been renovated inside and out! It sits at the end of a quiet circle and is a 3B2.5B home with a beautiful master ensuite and a porch that extends across the back of the entire property. We have a driveway for parking which should be able to fit about 4 cars.

While we can sleep 10 comfortably, we have several sofas that are comfortable to sleep on and can easily be bedding for children. We also have room for air mattresses so you can bring more people.

There is a boat dock/lift so you can park your boat at the house instead of having to go to the boat ramp every time you want to go out on the lake. The private boat ramp in the neighborhood less than 2 miles away.

We have a firepit area as well as a chiminea and lots of wood for guests to use. Our back deck extends across the entire back of the house and has an outdoor table and chairs as well as a bistro table and chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Please note that the back deck is open and may not be safe for small children.

Guests also have access to our community pool & playground which are located at the entrance of the neighborhood.
Pets are allowed, however, there is a $100 pet fee for the extra cleaning.
