Passez vos vacances dans l’un des plus beaux condos à deux chambres et deux salles de bains en front de mer de Maui au magnifique Royal Mauian Resort.

Située dans le sud de Kihei, près de Wailea, sur la côte sud ensoleillée de Maui, cette résidence privée est située entre deux des plages de baignade les plus pittoresques de l'île, Kamaole I et Kamaole II.

En plus d'une magnifique nouvelle cuisine et de toutes nouvelles salles de bains avec des comptoirs en granit, des luminaires haut de gamme, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des armoires en merisier. Faites de la plongée en apnée, nagez, faites du boogie-board, observez les baleines, prenez le soleil, magasinez, faites un barbecue et dînez dans les meilleurs restaurants sans monter dans votre voiture. De nombreux magasins sont également disponibles dans les magasins Wailea à proximité. Si vous êtes plus enclin à l'observation, le Royal Mauian Resort constitue un point de départ idéal pour des excursions d'une journée vers des attractions telles que la ville historique de Lahaina, ville baleinière, et l'ancien village de pêcheurs de Hana. Vous pouvez également choisir de prendre une voiture tôt le matin pour regarder le lever du soleil depuis le sommet du monde - le cratère Haleakala.

Great condo

Great week on Maui in this condo. Love the location, so easy to walk down to the beach, lots of great places to eat nearby. Condo was a great place to retreat to and catch the sunset from the lanai.

Perfect rental for relaxing Maui vacation.

This condo had a fabulous location, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and markets. Parking was always available and the rental provided for all of our needs. We also saw several whales every day and turtles on nearby beaches!

What a wonderful time we had!!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property!! The location was perfect! The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed and more. Gary was very informative and made everything effortless. We would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely return.

Location was Perfect

What a location. We watched whales while cooking in the rooftop to save money. The beach 100 feet away was one of the best we found on the island. Plenty of food choices very close. Easy check in process. Perfect for family of four with two twin beds in one room so they can sleep separate haha. Outstanding rental and will rent again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The view is to die for! The condo was very clean and spacious. Quality updates and homey island feel. No ac, but who needs that when you are right on the ocean with a nice breeze. Gary was very kind and quick to respond with any questions. We will be back for sure!!

Mahalo for the beach memories

Gary was easy to work with! Went with family of 4, ages 8 and 11. Our second time staying at the Royal Mauian property. We love the location with beaches and snorkeling out front, the stores across the street, oceanfront and BBQ on roof (with a kitchen if you need it). We brought Uno but the unit has some games too. Well equipped kitchen (enjoyed the blender for smoothies) and beach closet with chairs and umbrella. Beach towels and plenty of bathroom towels provided. Great fun!

Perfect Vacation

Our family of four, including two 18-year olds, stayed here for 16 nights. In our opinion, this Royal Mauian building is the nicest one on the beach in Kihei. The room was a perfect size for our family. Comfy. Plenty of room on the deck and in the kitchen. The floors are made of concrete, so you never hear people above walking around. It stays nice inside without air conditioning because there’s almost always wind blowing through. The view is incredible. Easy access to the beach. Beach chairs, and umbrella and knee boards and noodles. Calm water in the morning and very windy with some great waves to play in in the afternoon. You can see sea turtles every day. They swim right past you. Coral is all off to the sides of the beach, so it’s just sand to play in. Centrally located so it’s easy to get to your planned activities. For us, we found out that this is the best area to stay. South of here in Wailea, it feels like dense condos and resorts. It appears wealthier, but everything is stacked together. North of here in Kaanapali, it seems like it’s completely locked in by resorts with expensive parking and golf courses. It felt very high density and corporate. Great places to visit, but not as comfortable as this condo in Kihei. It felt like being home. There is not a full sized oven. The microwave doubles as an oven. This was new to us. The grills and kitchen on the roof are incredible for sunset dinners. If we were to buy investment property in Maui, this would be it.

Could not have been better

Amazing location, property, space and views. We had the perfect experience thanks to the rooftop bbq, pool, ocean views (with whales and turtles) and surrounding beaches. It was also great to be able to walk to restaurants and a grocery. The space was perfect for our family of 4. Would stay here again without question.

Wonderful location

The best location we could have. Some street noise due to proximity to the street but north facing ensured we weren’t overheated by sun on our deck. Pool area was fabulous and we enjoyed it every day. In unit though: No oven, microwave is hard to open, no vacuum or broom ( broom brought at our request), floors very dirty upon arrival and no mop to clean with. Towels smelled bad and linens not fresh as if place had been closed up for a while. Can’t open bedroom sliding door, living room screen door difficult to slide. Furniture in living room worn out and dirty, needs replacing. This was a very expensive unit to rent and we had much higher expectations for it.

Lovely condo, great location.

We completely enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much! The condo is nicely furnished and even included basic cooking ingredients like oil, garlic and seasonings. Beach toys are available and the beach is beautiful. The location in Kihei was very central, parking was convenient and many stores/restaurants are just across the street. We'd go back here in a heartbeat.

Excellent location and stunning views from the patio. Nice clean unit, but be prepared it does not come stocked with any amenities (garbage bags, toilet paper, etc) We would definitely choose Royal Mauian again for our next visit to Maui!

Amazing vacation

Fantastic Hawaiian vibe condo with a perfect view

Another perfect stay at this condo. Early morning walks on the beach, sunsets from the lanai, watching the turtles swim all make this a wonderful vacation spot. So quiet, all you hear at night are the waves.

Best Vacation Ever

The condo was perfect. Everything is just like the pictures, only better in person. The condo has plenty of room for 4 people. Beds are comfortable & the kitchen has anything you need to cook with. Having breakfast & watching the sunset from the balcony was so relaxing. We started the day with a walk on the beach only steps away. You can see turtles playing in the water right in front of the property. Restaurants, a grocery store & gift shops are just across the street. Café Olei & the little taco place across the street are good. A great natural health food store I used was across the street also. I recommend this condo to anybody who wants a relaxing place to stay while in Maui. Thanks Gary & Robyn for a once in a lifetime vacation.

This condo was Fantastic

This condo was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it. The view of the beach and ocean was very good. The lanai was great for morning coffee, and sunsets were visible from it. It was roomy inside with very nice furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and good quality. The unit is exactly what is advertised, it is probably one of the best locations in Kihei between two very good beaches. You can see whales from the lanai or just go down to the lawn area and see turtle playing in the surf. There are several restaurants within a block of the condo. We bbq up on the roof and it is a great area up there for watching sunsets. The ground of the unit are meticulously cared for. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting a clean comfortable and well located condo. The only bad part is the condo was booked for next year when we are able to go back to Maui. Best Christmas gift ever!

The condo was immaculate, views were stunning, grounds were beautiful! Was a fabulous vacation for my hubby and I. We will definitely look to stay in this condo again and maybe bring the kids next time!

Great location, great condo, great owner

Our family was fortunate to spend a month on Maui and this condo was the perfect home base for our adventure. The photos and description were accurate and the owner provided helpful information before we arrived. The condo's lanai overlooks Kamaole I and the West Maui mountains, which we found more interesting than a straight ocean view. The condo's kitchen had everything we needed, including basic cooking ingredients. The beds were comfortable and the linens were in good shape. The utility closet held a variety boogie boards, snorkeling gear, umbrellas and beach toys. We definitely felt "at home" during our extended stay in the condo. We loved the location of the Royal Mauian and the ability to easily walk to any of the Kamaole beaches. The snorkeling right in front of the building was great, especially if you are looking to view sea turtles, which were plentiful. Accessibility to restaurants and shopping was a big plus. We used the rooftop deck almost every night and met a lot of interesting people as a result. We plan to stay at the Royal Mauian the next time we visit - the location, convenience and amenities are hard to beat.
