Escape to nature at this stunning 3-bedroom walk-in (with side ramp) cabin. Located directly on the White River 15 minutes north of Mountain View, AR. Enjoy conversations around the fire pit or trout fishing from the bank less than 200 feet off your back porch. There is a public boat launch located on this property. Adventure awaits! If you are drawn to the outdoors there are ropes courses, biking trails, caves, hiking trails and many other activities to engage in while enjoying a little R&R. Coolwater neighborhood is a wonderful community of full-time and part-time residents. You will experience the friendliness from the moment you arrive. We look forward to having you as our guests!

This is an awesome house right on the river with great views and fishing. Very clean and comfortable beds and close to everything you would want to visit in this area!

We loved getting to bring our dogs with us to the river, they love the water and had a blast on the bank as we fished.

Relaxing

It is the perfect little cabin! The location is perfect right by the river. The cabin was very neat and clean. My favorite part was looking at the stars in complete darkness. I will definitely book this cabin again.

Relaxing Weekend

The property is on the water and the back deck is nice to relax and watch the boats go by. We brought our boat and it was very convenient to have the boat ramp next to the property.

Perfect stay!

This cabin is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a few miles north of Mountain View, only about 20 minutes from Blanchard springs Caverns. The property was excellent and was clearly a well kept and maintained property. The property was made for comfort and provided a very nice getaway. Large and well maintained yard as well!

We really enjoyed our stay Captains Cool Waters Cabin. We didnt need to bring any extras for cooking, cleaning, or sleeping. We loved that it was off the beaten path and look forward for a return stay as soon as possible 💯

Awesome fishing and amazing view

Very peaceful and beautiful. One of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed in. Amazing fishing and very easy to relax. Highly recommended. You can fish right off the property. This is also boat access right on the property

Spring Break

The cabin was immaculate and very comfortable. Sitting on the back porch that overlooked the river was very relaxing. We enjoyed having the fireplace for the cool nights. Everything you need is provided. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome property with nearby shared boat launch super easy parking and maneuvering

We enjoyed a week of Arkansas hospitality. Caught lots of trout and loved the deck and outdoor spaces. My gal partner thought the kitchen amenities were spectacular and we enjoyed using the grill. The u drive made parking and maneuvering boat on trailer a breeze. East access to electric on front deck and great space to store odds and ends for boat aka cover etc
