It was lovely! Beautiful and clean. Spacious and HUGE bathrooms and bedrooms. The master bathtub was the best. Hottub was clean and warm and didnt have a weird smell like other ones do. Crystal clear. Easy to check in and check out was a dream. Host was very responsive and quick. Will so stay again if in the area!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful and close to the place we came to visit. The bedrooms & bathrooms are new, clean, and well-appointed. The hot tub is great! I'll definitely stay here again!

Nice place

The house was great for our famiy of eight. Very clean. The patio, yard, and hot tub were a nice plus. Good location, 15 minutes from Hollywood-Burbank Airport.

This house was excellent! There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our large family. The gym in the garage was an great touch for my husband and my son! And having 3 bathrooms was perfect for all the teenagers getting ready for the day. From what we could tell, there was not much we would do in the neighborhood itself. But it was a close drive to universal studios, and Hollywood and the beach.

Home away from home

We loved, loved the house. So cozy it makes you feel at home. Great location. The outside is perfect to start your morning with a coffee, back or front. Beautiful home, I recommend it 100%

We had major issues with the property manager/host providing bad information about the property being ready for a 4pm check-in and not following thru on needed maintenance repairs. We messaged the host at 3:30pm and they told us the property would be ready for a 4pm check-in. The property was not cleaned on time and we were not able to check-in until after 6pm. They host offers early in or late out for 35/hr and I’ve requested the same composition the host’s 2 hours check-in delay and have not received decision from “The Team” regarding my request

Trip to Universal Studios

We booked the property for it’s location to Universal Studios and it excepted pets. Everyone was very pleased with property. Looked even better in person. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property. Absolutely beautiful property.

Comfortable home with 4BR/3BA

We enjoyed the home during our visit. If you have a lot of high band-width devices, the internet is not set up for that, but that aside, everything was very nice.

Perfect location, Great for families

We were traveling with a party of 7. 5 adults and 2 kids. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and a great common area for meals and gathering. We found all the conveniences we needed. On site amenities were useful and fun! Location was convenient for travel to lots of places. We went to Universal, Griffith Observatory and even La Brea.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home. The attention to detail truly made the space feel welcoming, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen and charming decor.The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions, great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free.The location was perfect—peaceful and safe, yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We felt completely relaxed and at ease during our entire visit.This was one of the best experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay here again. The house was as pictured; quaint, cozy, and fit 8 well. Backyard was good for our dog who had plenty of space to roam. Agree with other guest review that the house is in an iffy neighborhood; we’d see homeless people walking by and odd characters outside occasionally or hear sirens late at night, definitely not an area I’d recommend walking to anything local outside even though there are lots of food and stores close by. I also had to initiate messages for check in and check out instructions on the day ofs after not receiving anything, not a big deal but usually I get them in advance from hosts. Note that although there is a washer/dryer, there is no detergent so you have to bring or buy your own if you plan to use it. Didn’t use the jacuzzi out of fear from the previous review. We stayed to go to Universal and on the plus side it was a convenient 15 min drive away.

Our stay at this VRBO, while spacious enough for seven, was highly disappointing due to significant cleanliness issues. The floors were noticeably dirty, turning our white socks black. Far more concerning, however, was the severe hot tub folliculitis our children contracted after using the hot tub. This bacterial rash, confirmed by a doctor, not only ruined their pre-booked swim camp (forcing us to pay for a last-minute replacement) but also received no acknowledgment or response from the host when I reported it. Four weeks later, the rash persists, and the host has yet to respond.

The place was clean. Loved the location. The bed in the secondary large room was sooooo very uncomfortable. The mattress is too small for the bed box spring. It was so soft that I folded in half trying to sleep. Overall it was ok. There were just little things that I think would’ve made a difference. For example, there were no washcloths. The hot tub seemed like it needed chemicals or a good cleaning. Felt dirty. There were no hand towels for kitchen. We bought a pizza from store and no baking sheet to put it on. 6 out of 10

Had booked a different property with a garden before my husband mentioned he was hoping for a hot tub and I was able to book this location instead. The lawn in the front and back along with 2 blooming magnolia trees, a citrus tree and beautiful calla lilies satisfied my need for greenery. The hot tub was great and my teens were able to enjoy it as well. Under 20 min drive to Universal Studios, closer to 12 mins for us. The neighborhood is not sketchy per se but it's definitely not a high end area which I was already prepared for from reading the other comments. And, yes we'd stay here again. Our king bed was perfect, not too soft. The other three rooms offered great options for sleeping arrangements (double, twins and another king) and three bathrooms. We enjoyed our short stay for the .
