We are a family of seven with two small/medium-sized dogs and stayed here for four nights. The house was updated, charming, and very clean! It is in a lovely neighborhood. Communication with Richard was very good and he checked in a couple times to ensure we had everything we needed. He also was able to be flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated. He responded to questions quickly. The beds were comfortable and we had enough sleeping space (except a single mattress for a pull-out was located in a different room’s closet that we didn’t realize right away). The back yard is not fully fenced for dogs, but it is partially fenced and there is plenty of space and a nice back yard. We had planned on using the grills but had rain the whole time so didn’t get to that. The kitchen was also well-stocked and we were able to find extra supplies as needed. Great place to stay and we hope to be back sometime!

Amazing VRBO in Fargo, North Dakota

We were in Fargo for 4 days and 3 nights for our son’s wedding. Communication with Richard was amazing!! He was the perfect host! While we were traveling from Iowa he offered to pick up anything we thought we might need when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with bottled water and there were plenty of dishes for all of us and pots and pans for cooking. We enjoyed cooking on the black stone. The temperature in the house was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of large, soft bath towels were wonderful. Also lots of toiletries were available in case we had forgotten anything. The house was absolutely immaculate!! Great, quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors and plenty of off street parking. If we need to travel to Fargo in the future, we are definitely booking this place!

Charming older home close to NDSU, hospital, and downtown Fargo

We had plenty of room to spread out, plus privacy for our son and his wife and baby, since the sleeping areas were on two different floors. The Air conditioning worked great, and the back yard was perfect for afternoon play. we were able to navigate the area easily and everything is conveniently close, and the house is in a great, quiet, older neighborhood. We would stay again.

Concordia graduation weekend hangout

This was an excellent property for celebrating our daughter's graduation from college. My wife and I and our two adult sons and girlfriends stayed at the house. There was more than enough space for the six of us. The house was better equipped than any vacation rental we've ever stayed in. We cooked every meal we ate. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the Blackstone grill was a plus. The backyard was also a great hangout. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a nice and comfortable home. We lacked nothing and we did not need Richard over the weekend because everything was taken care of already but he made himself available just in case. The home is in a nice residential area very near the university. We would certainly choose this home again if we were coming back to Fargo.

Thoughtful Property, Great Location

We traveled to Fargo to visit our college kiddo and found this home to be absolutely perfect for our needs. It was the perfect mix of old charm with beautiful and thoughtful upgrades. It is clear that Richard has put amazing thought into the renters experience. We traveled with teenagers and dogs and all felt very comfortable in this space! Richard was a wonderful communicator and so generous with recommendations. The location was very convenient as well and the neighborhood is lovely and well kept. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

Great spot while in Fargo

Spent 2 nights for a wedding. Worked great for our family. If I had one suggestion is to change out the double bed for a queen and to turn the pull out chair into a full Murphy bed. That would make it perfect! Otherwise great location!

Exceptional Home away from Home

This home was clean and extremely well appointed. The minute I walked in it felt like home. Our host, Richard, made sure we had all the information we needed for a seamless initial entry and stay. He was also available and responsive throughout our stay. Lots of supplies, toiletries and personal items, coffees, teas, as well as some food supplies. Very clean, nicely furnished, very comfy beds, and lots of bedding and blankets. I felt comfortable and "at home" throughout our entire stay. I'm not much of a cook, but if you are you will find any cooking appliance you could want. This is a very nice, clean, well appointed, comfortable home. Host Richard cares about this property and the guests and it shows!

This home is like the one that my boys grew up in....so kinda special. Well done older home in convenient location for the event at the college. We had a GREAT time and next time I plan a stay in Fargo will get it again. Well stocked with fenced in yard for my pups. Everyone loved the home.

Wedding Stay

This was our first stay at a VRBO. It was great all around! Location was perfect, we felt very safe! The house is decorated so nice! Beds are very comfortable! Communication and questions answered promptly! We would recommend to our friends and family and stay here again too!

The Perfect Retreat

An absolutely charming vintage house located in a quiet neighbourhood. Perfect place for our girls’ getaway - warm and welcoming accommodation that made us all feel we were “at home”. Clean and cozy with plenty of room and all the necessary amenities. The home is filled with character and tasteful decor. Our host ensured we arrived safely and had everything we needed - including a bowl of chocolates to indulge! He was readily available to promptly answer any questions that arose before and during our stay. We look forward to future visits - and would definitely book this gem, again!
