Edisto Beach House on Golf Course with GOLF CART available!

This wonderful stand alone home on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Battery Park subdivision on Edisto is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family! It is located between holes 15 and 16 of the golf course and has panoramic views of the course, along with the river just across the street. Walk to restaurants, marina, beach and more!

This house is FULLY stocked with everything you need! 4 Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, boogie boards, beach toys, bocce ball, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook a gourmet meal for your family, including a grill on the back deck. Don't feel like cooking? No worries, there are tons of options you can walk or bike to!

House sleeps 12 comfortably: 1 King and a set of fold out bunk beds in the master, 1 queen and a set of fold out bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The 3 full baths, plus an outdoor shower makes it easy for multiple families to stay.

There is a 6 passenger golf cart available for rent at an additional fee with signed waiver. This golf cart has owners tags so you can access the beach faster. Note, if you rent from a rental company on the island, they are not allowed in the gated community. Contact me for details.

This home offers access to all the Wyndham Amenities - we have an annual pass, so inquire for a weekly discounted rate! Amenities include 4 pools, playground, miniature golf course, restaurant and private beach access with cabana, showers and restrooms.

Perfect getaway

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice not having to bring everything from home. They provided bed linens, towels, beach toys, chairs and more. They communicated very well and made it very easy to show up and relax.

Great all in one getaway! 5 Stars!!

This is definitely a house we will come back to! From the community it’s located in and all the wildlife..it’s awesome. The golf cart is perfect to travel around and go to restaurants or the beach. Everything is super close and convenient. Thank you and we will be back!

A much needed getaway

Our family was in need of a small weekend getaway! Edisto is like a 2nd home to us from spending several summer vacations here. We can not say enough about this property and the property manager. Communication was on point and responding to any questions were answered very quickly! We can not wait for our stay here in September!

Wonderful for a Family Getaway

As a family with young kids, we wanted a vacation home that was safe and could easily access activities without too much much work (carseats, long drives, meal planning). This home was perfect! We opted to add on the amenity pass and golf cart and it made our lives easy and our kids happy. We weren’t familiar with the area, but we’re pleased to have plenty of shops and restaurants around too. Definitely recommend!

We had the BEST week here!! The house is gorgeous and very spacious, perfect for our family! The master bath shower was so nice with duel shower heads and great water pressure. I was unsure of the bunk beds being inside what looked like closets, but they were actually very nice and had plenty of space for the girls to sleep! We also loved the fact that we didn’t have to bring hardly any beach stuff as they had everything we needed; chairs, toys, etc. The space underneath the house was so nice too! Tons of room!!! The golf cart & amenities card was an added bonus!!! And when we needed help, Courtney was fast to answer! Absolutely loved our stay here and already planning next year!!

Family Vacation

Highly recommend. Beautiful home, grandkids loved the basketball goal, dart board, etc. We have rented houses for vacation in many different states over the years and by far the Family Tide home owners were the absolute best ever to work with. They have set the bar extremely high for our future family vacations. We will definitely be back !!!

Off Season

We had a great off-season trip to Edisto. The weather gave us an opportunity, and we took advantage of it. Everything about this unit is just right. Location is good and communication with the owner was outstanding.

A great vacation!

Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. With 6 adults and 3 children under 5, the house provided more than enough room for everyone. The golf cart and amenities pass were also a great addition. As a golfer, it was great watching groups play the par 3 16th. The check in process was extremely easy and we ran into absolutely no issues at all. Would highly recommend for an Edisto getaway!

Slice of heaven

Neighborhood was quiet and felt secluded yet all amenities were close by. All the beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler) made going to the beach a breeze! What a treat to have them available. We grilled out every night (highly recommend Edisto seafood right out front gate) Cooking was enjoyable with a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our drinks nightly on the deck overlooking the golf course. Outside shower was convenient and used daily. Truly felt pampered with all the thoughtful touches and amenities! Highly recommend

Perfect getaway!

From great options for sleeping arrangements and wonderful location, to toys, stocked kitchen, option to rent golf cart and use amenities pass (DO IT!), this house has it all! My husband always says I pack too much and with this house, I certainly could have left things at home. They have everything you need for a day at the beach (toys, chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc.). We utilized their option to rent their golf cart and it was the best decision, we never moved our truck the entire weekend! The house had plenty of comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms and a pack and play. The owner was easy to communicate with via text and also allowed us to check in early as there were no guests staying prior to our check in date. 10/10 recommend, especially great for multiple families vacationing together! Thanks so much for thinking of all the little details!
