Every detail has been carefully curated to elevate your vacation experience—welcome to your home away from home!

Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Its downtown area is bustling with an array of restaurants and shops, creating an inviting atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Furthermore, the city of Palm Springs is actively investing in its infrastructure to position itself as a premier destination for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience.

Nestled within Palm Springs lies the distinctive Racquet Club East neighborhood, renowned for its architectural style. Characterized by post-and-beam construction, soaring rooflines, clerestory windows, and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, this neighborhood boasts over 500 single-family homes, the majority of which showcase iconic mid-century designs crafted by esteemed architects such as William Krisel, Jack Meiselman, and Donald Wexler. Notably, Wexler's pioneering work in prefabricated 'steel homes' revolutionized affordable housing construction in the desert, leaving an indelible mark on this community with his innovative steel-and-glass structures.

PLEASE NOTE:

Per city regulations, all guests are required to sign the Palm Springs Statement of Rules and Regulations and Good Neighbor Brochure prior to their stay. Compliance with these rules is mandatory throughout your visit. Failure to adhere to these regulations will result in fines, with a minimum penalty of $500, which your party will be fully responsible for. Repeated violations may lead to additional fines and immediate eviction. These rules are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs, and by booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

This property has a private pool/spa that can be heated during your stay. The nightly rate for this option is $50 to heat to a standard temperature of 82 degrees. It is an additional $30/day to heat to 85 degrees and an additional $75/day to heat to 90 degrees. This is billed separately and must be confirmed and paid before arrival. Please let us know at the time of booking if you choose this option. *Minimum 2-days of heat required

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full cleaning of the house and a change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable, and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

OPEN AIR HOMES HOUSE RULES:

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.

- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues  which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.



PALM SPRINGS RULES & REGULATIONS

- Do not create excessive noise, disturbances or traffic, or engage in disorderly conduct (including parties).

- Amplified music is not allowed outside AT ANY TIME (including mobile phones on "speakerphone"). Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). IF YOUR NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR MUSIC, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY ORDINANCE. The minimum citation is $1,000.

- Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period is one way to get a citation.

- Night time hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember PS neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.

- Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize the driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access.

- Palm Springs requires that all dogs be on a leash whenever they are outside, except in the City’s Dog Park. Also, we expect everyone to pick up after their pet, failure to do so will incur additional costs at check out.

- Please do not store trash and refuse within public view except in proper containers for collection. Please do not leave trash or recycling at the curb..

A call from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. City code enforcement officers may issue you a $1,000+ citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. Please keep in mind that you may be cited and/or fined by the City, or even evicted by the owner, for creating a disturbance or for violating other provisions of the City’s Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Lovely stay

Location was perfect! Pool was so inviting and our family enjoyed our time poolside most of our stay. The bedding was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked amazing! House was very secure and had ample living space.

Great Weekend Stay!

Property was exactly what we needed for a short weekend stay. Home had everything we needed, host was very responsive and accommodating for our last minute reservation. Neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, pool and spa heated up nicely, and our weekend vacation was perfect! Would visit again.

The outdoor pool / hot tub area was great. Overall the propertly was a fantastic property and we would without question stay at this property again. The property management company was very responsive any time we had a question prior to our trip and during our stay.

Fantastic all around!

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home - so close to downtown, but yet in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as advertised and so much more! The host was very available, helpful and so kind. I would definitely return to this home the next time I am in Palm Springs with a group.
