Newly built guest house with full kitchen and washer/dryer
This newly build guest house is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The kitchen has an oven stovetop and it includes all cook wear to help prepare your favorite dishes. The washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away by the kitchen and a iron and ironing board is also included. The bathroom shower has a unique design with a large shower head that gives the feeling of rain when you bathe. Both rooms have a soft queen bed with extra blankets and pillows. The living room has a small work space and a comfy couch that turns into a full bed. Each room has an individual air conditioning unit that allows everyone to set their desired temperature. The guest house is detached from the main house and has a private entrance though the side. Conveniently located to the 118 and 23 freeway and just a few minutes from LA county. Plenty of great places to eat/ shop and just a few minutes from the Ronald Reagan Library.
The space was very clean and close to where we needed to go. Would definitely stay again. Would have for the upcoming holiday but they were already booked đ
I have stayed at numerous rentals and I have to say that this is one of best!! Clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood, quiet, receptive host, and centrally located. Without reservation, I highly recommend this place!!
Wonderful little place for our quick overnight stay! Kitchen is well-equipped so we were able to do our own breakfast before heading out for the rest of our CA adventure.
Beautiful two bedroom apartment. Very modern and clean with all the necessary equipment. We loved the location and tranquility. Definitely staying here again when visiting Simi Valley.
Clean, exactly as advertised, responsive host. Having two queen beds and two separate rooms is unusual but really appreciated. Tons of vrbo listings for four guests with a pullout, this one stands out. Thank you Danny

This property was clean, comfortable, and very accessible to everything. Danny was a great host and responded to communications quickly. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area. My only wish is that I got to meet Danny in-person. The kids loved the tangerine trees in the yard.
We were going to Revelation Church and wanted a close place to stay. It was only 1 mile away. Had a kitchen and two wonderful bedrooms the beds were so comfy and so were the pillows. It was like a perfect host hotel say. The couch was comfy in a space was homey and warm and I got to eat as many tangerines as I wanted from the tree outside which was just amazing, itâs a great property if youâre going to revelation Church and we highly recommend it
Property was very clean and private. My only issue is with communication. I asked questions that were never answered. The check-in process sent me was very clear but check-out procedure was a mistake...just the check-in process repeated. Hope we did a good job. Also, we were sent a code for the lock one day and a few days later a second completely different code. I took both with me just in case.
Good stay. Very cute and clean. Keep in mind this is a back house but people in front house do not bother or disturb at all. I hardly even noticed there were people in the front house. The beds were comfy and the host was responsive. There is a nice kitchen and a close grocery store nearby. There are 2 bedrooms with full size beds in each room and a couch that can comfortably sleep one not two people.
Overall the property is great and the homeowners did not intrude in anyway. This was our first time using VRBO and I was a bit apprehensive about staying in a guest house in an occupied property. My worries were entirely unfounded as it is a lovely guest cottage with private access and great amenities. My daughter requested that we stay here again on our next trip to Simi Valley.
Great location close to the Ronald Reagan Library. Had difficulty with door lock at check-in but owners responded quickly and resolved issue. Comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.
Name is Danny and welcome to the Casita azul. Although this is a newly built addition, the main house has been my home for many years. I grew up in this house and most of my family still lives here. I'm sure you will run into my dad working on his yard grooming his fruit trees (feel free to pick anything that is ripe). My mom has worked hard to make this house a home for our family and now she has added a guest house to extend the home to visitors. I am grateful to be able to assist my family in providing a comforting place for guests to call home.
