Dans le quartier de Historic District, cette maison de vacances se trouve Ă moins de 5 minutes de marche de St. John's College et U.S. Naval Academy.French Soldiers Monument et Hammond-Harwood House se trouvent juste Ă quelques pas.
House is on a quiet street near gate 3. The app to unlock the door worked well once we were logged into the WIFI but was kind of clunky. There was a loud grinding vibrating noise coming from crawl space under kitchen. Owner was responsive but unfortunately was not practical to address during our 5-night stay so we dealt with it. The patio furniture was pretty messy even though it was covered. Had a lot of algae on rug and debris and bugs on cushions but we cleaned as best as possible to make it useable. Overall a cute house.
This place is adorable. Clean, comfortable, modernized. Walking distance to Naval Academy, restaurants and shops. Took us a minute to figure out parking (it was dark and we were tired) - the parking on that street is 2 hour paid parking but there is street parking about 2 blocks away for free and longer and a parking garage 5-10 min walk away that was free for the whole weekend. Overall was a fantastic experience!
We had a lovely stay for a beautiful fall football weekend. The space of the house is so well used and the home had everything we needed. Location is so close to USNA, downtown shops and restaurants. We had grandparents, parents and two kids and everyone was perfectly comfortable. Iâd recommend this home to anyone looking for an Annapolis getaway. Quick note that parking was fairly easy to manage but it did require us moving the car a few times in the neighborhood- which was noted in the listing!
Very nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. An 8-10-minute walk to the Naval Academy and all downtown attractions. On-street parking limited to a few hours, but only a 10-minute walk to overnight parking (free on weekends). Large and comfortable home with very nice backyard. Ridiculously comfortable beds! Check-in was a breeze. Host very communicative and provided lots of snacks! Highly recommend!
This was a special weekend for friends and my husband as it was their 40th USNA Reunion. The rental only has one bathroom but is roomy and the girls shared while one showered; one would be blow drying hair. No problems with use for this group!!!
The townhouse was roomy and beautifully decorated. A welcoming place for families visiting Academy.
Patty was accessible for questions almost immediately after reaching out to her.
We couldn't be happier with our stay and the location to the Academy was ideal.
We will most definitely re-book for any visit to Annapolis.
I would rate it a 5 out of 5!

Came up with another couple to tour the Naval Academy and historic Annapolis and attend the football game. The location of this property was great as it was on a dead in street, quite, and yet walking distance to everything. Layout and decor of the property was very nice! Next visit we'll stay there again.
The best experience that we have ever had with Vrbo!
Patty was responsive and so amazing throughout our visit. The location is so convenient to Gate 3 of USNA. The house was perfect for us. We cooked and spoiled our plebe in comfort. Everything was extremely clean and beyond well appointed. Patty had waters, snacks, great kitchen amenities, and linens. We walked into town and to the Academy with ease. We also were only a couple of blocks from a parking garage. We would definitely recommend this beauty of a place to anyone! We canât wait to come back for another stay. Blessings!
From communication with owners to cleanliness and surprise water and snacks this property was among the best weâve ever stayed. We will definitely be returning every chance we get. So convenient to walk to everything downtown. As we were in town for our sons Naval Academy Induction.
Thank you for sharing your property with us.
Property was amazing! The location was perfect for us to be close USNA to visit with our midshipman as well as enjoy the downtown area. The house was very clean with many amenities that made us feel at home. The check in process was super easy. We used the app to lock and unlock the door. The owner/property manager was responsive with our questions regarding an early checkin and tips on parking. The beds were super comfortable and the house lent to cozy spaces to sit and visit, cook in kitchen as well as enjoy the afternoon sun out of back patio. 10/10 rating from us. Would 100% stay here again.
The home is lovely and all you could need for a great visit to Annapolis. Convenient to all. We were visiting our Mid and it was a quick one-block walk to the gate, but also quiet and charming. Very clean and well appointed. Patty is a consummate host, very responsive and great attention to detail to make you feel at home, including a lovely welcome basket with snacks, water, and wine. Highly recommend and look forward to another stay in the warm weather to enjoy the patio!
We moved to the area in 2019 and have lived/traveled all around the country. No, we are not a Navy family, but my dad, brothers(2) and nephew(2) were Navy. The Chesapeake Bay, Annapolis, DC and Baltimore area have been fun to explore. We just want you to enjoy your visit to the region and come home to a comfortable place, our Historic Annapolis Gem!
We fell in love with this property the minute we walked in Spring 2022. We were looking for an investment property that would be great for short term rentals. Downtown Annapolis is a wonderful historic walking town with great restaurants/nightlife and water features. Plus you have the Naval Academy right next door. The house is light and bright, with a little space from the houses next door.
Historic home built in 1800, but fully updated with today's amenities. You are close to the downtown action for a quick walk but far away from the crowds and noise. You can literally walk to the football stadium for Navy Games (less than 30 min. walk) and baseball stadium (less than 15 min. walk). Plus enjoy all the USNA yard offers right next door. St. John's College is across the street.
