When you enter the home from the oversized 3-car heated garage, you will find a full bathroom, laundry room and living space with views of Keystone, a television, fireplace, and a comfortable sectional! As you make your way up the staircase, the grand main living area is the perfect place to meet up and enjoy a cozy fire surrounded with superb stone and wood finishes all while gazing out at Buffalo Mountain. This main living area provides plenty of seating, a television, and floor-to-ceiling views of Buffalo and Red Mountain. Overlooking the main living area, is a spacious private deck with a gas grill, a 7- person hot tub and outdoor seating. To the right of the living area, you will find the kitchen and dining room. The spacious, gourmet kitchen is newly stocked with all essentials to prepare meals for your guests. Dining table seats 10, island seats 4, and kitchen nook table seats 6. Stocked with pots and pans, dish-ware, cooking pans, oil and spices - this kitchen makes cooking a pleasure and a family affair!

The home boasts two master bedrooms with plush king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom on the main floor is connected to the back deck and private hot tub. The top floor has the second master bedroom with an ensuite bath and sofa which converts to twin size bed, down the hall you will find the third bedroom with two bunks (full over full), and an additional twin/trundle. This room has a jack and jill bathroom shared with the fourth bedroom which has a lush queen-sized bed. The bedroom suites are located at either side of the house, creating privacy for all guests.

Many daytime Silverthorne, CO, events are centered around holidays. Just when you think Charlie Brown has given up the ghost, Pumpkinfest invades the North Lawn of the pavilion. Kids of all ages are invited to search for their favorite orange gourd while wearing this season’s best costumes. The Holiday Bazaar as a Silverthorne, CO, daytime event happens in early December just in time for the gift-giving season. Local artisans show off their wares, and Santa’s lap is available while he waits patiently to hear children’s requests. Summertime at Meadow Creek Park or Trent Park Pond begins a partnership between Trout Unlimited and the youngest anglers in town for the Silverthorne Fishing Derby.
