This luxe, stunning home is located in the center of the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks. Gorgeous custom luxury home with open floor plan and large lot that fronts the golf course and 9th fairway. Open floor plan with a lodge feel, gourmet kitchen, spacious dining area, soaring vaulted ceilings, a fireplace in the great room and a huge deck with a private hot tub. Two master suites with king size beds and two other spacious rooms with queen size beds. Plenty of space in the formal living room, with a gorgeous fireplace to keep you warm apres ski, and a kitchen that is fully stocked for those that like to entertain! High vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and giant windows absorb tons of natural light and showcase the amazing mountain views. Oversized heated garage & tons of storage. This beautiful upscale home offers privacy and can accommodate 10 guests.
The main level of Raven Lodge features an open living area with soaring vaulted ceilings with massive timber, iron and stonework, wood floors, gas fireplace, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, and deck with table and seating. From the living area there are direct unobstructed views of the mountains and golf course. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living area, fully stocked for meals large or small, the kitchen features granite slab counters, 5 burner gas range, double oven, and GE Monogram appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6 at the dining table, plus an additional 4 seats at the bar. There is a deck off the kitchen with gas grill, table and seating for outdoor dining with a view of Ptarmigan Mountain, Angler Mountain and direct unobstructed golf course views. The main level has a half bathroom off the kitchen, and full laundry room with outdoor gear storage. There is a private den on the main level with full size sofa bed and workspace with desk.
The main floor primary bedroom has its own wing offering privacy with a King size bed, large screen TV, and mood enhancing gas fireplace. The en-suite master bathroom has a soaking tub, two person glass rainfall shower, double vanity, and huge walk in closet.
Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and family room. The family room is a large private area with large screen TV, plenty of seating, air hockey table, wet bar with refrigerator and library. The private hot tub is located on the secluded deck off the family room where you can soak while admiring the mountain views to the south and the golf course.
The downstairs primary bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, desk workspace, and en-suite bathroom with glass shower and double vanity. Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed, TV, desk workspace and large closet. Bedroom 4 has a Queen sized bed and TV. There is a full bathroom in the hall.
Surrounded by nature, in the winter, you will find yourself secluded in a Winter Wonderland, surrounded by snow covered mountains and trails on site as the golf course transforms into a nordic ski area with miles of trails to snow shoe or cross country on. Summer and winter wildlife is abundant with frequent sightings of moose, deer, and fox. The ski resorts nearby are Keystone (15 min) Breckenridge (20-25 min), Copper (20-25min) and Vail Resorts (45 minutes). The summer months offer golf at the public Raven at Three Peaks, hiking trails, fly fishing, mountain biking, Lake Dillon, and so much more! The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks is considered one of the top courses in the country and, without hesitation, the best mountain course in Colorado.The challenging, but eminently playable Tom Lehman and Hurdzan/Fry golf design, features lush rolling fairways and immaculate greens surrounded by towering stands of pine and aspen, snow capped 13,000 foot peaks, crystal clear creeks and trout-filled lakes.
