The Acqua Marine Condominium, in Guarajuba, offers 24-hour security, outdoor furniture, and a garden.

The house has a balcony with a green area and outdoor furniture, an airy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay, including a dining table for family gatherings, and 4 suites (1 on the ground floor), all air-conditioned and comfortable.

Excellent gourmet area with a swimming pool, barbecue, and plenty of space to have fun.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

**** Use of the condominium's barbecue area for an additional charge, in accordance with established rules.

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, split type air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtain and cabinets.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, window-type air conditioning, TV, blackout curtain and cabinets.

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, window-type air conditioning, Smart TV, blackout curtain and cabinets.

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 double bed, window-type air conditioning, blackout curtains and cabinets.

NOTE: We have 5 extra single mattresses

Guests will have full access to the previously agreed accommodation facilities!

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and has recently been awarded the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world, which only 14 beaches have won. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.
