Old Glory - Wi-Fi, bain à remous, salle de jeux, billets gratuits pour les attractions !! !

Thank you so much for your review! We’re glad you found the cabin clean, comfortable, and nice overall, and that you especially appreciated the good showerhead. We’re sorry the hot tub was too hot for the summer weather and took too long to cool down, and that the early arrival of housekeeping made you feel rushed on checkout day. We’ll work on better coordinating cleaning times and adjusting the hot tub temperature settings for warmer months. Thank you for noting you’d stay with us again we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thanks so much for the kind review and please come back!

Thank you for your review, Freddie. We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We apologize for the burnt-out lights, the hot tub being too hot for the kids, not having enough towels, and the garbage issues with animals getting into it. We’ve already addressed the lighting, adjusted the hot tub temperature, increased towel counts, and improved garbage security for future guests. We understand the check-in process (including ID verification) felt inconvenient, but it’s a necessary step we take to protect against fraud, which unfortunately happens often in vacation rentals. Thank you for the honest feedback. We hope to have the chance to host you again and deliver a better experience.

Our goal is to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we're delighted that we could contribute to your vacation. Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at our cabin. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We understand the cabin’s size and layout may not have met your expectations, and we’re sorry for any misrepresentation in the photos. This is the first time I have heard this. We deeply regret the maintenance issues you experienced, including the non-functional TV, slow-draining tub, toilet issues, unstable porch spindles, broken rocking chair, and hot tub problems. These are not up to our standards, and our maintenance team has been notified to address these concerns immediately. The housekeeping oversight with the eyelash and the pool table’s tight space are also being reviewed to prevent future occurrences. We’re sorry for the delayed communication regarding check-in details and the lack of response when you reached out early. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we’re implementing measures to improve our communication process to ensure timely delivery of access information. Regarding the hot tub, we apologize for the water quality and functionality issues. We’ve scheduled a thorough inspection and servicing to resolve this. The additional rules and fees are in place to maintain the property for all guests, but we’ll review them to ensure they’re clearly communicated upfront. We value your feedback and would like to make this right. Please contact us directly so we can discuss your experience further and offer a resolution, such as a discount on a future stay. Thank you for choosing our cabin, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future. Sincerely,

Thank you, Brandy, for the 10/10 rating! We’re glad you chose to stay with us and hope you had a wonderful visit. We’d love to host you again.
