Guest access:

Upon arrival, you will access the property using the keypad on the front door.

The garage can be accessed either by the keypad or though a mobile app called Aladdin Connect (email address required for app access).

Other things to note:

Check in time is 4 p.m., checkout time is 10 a.m.

Guest booking age is 25 or older. Unauthorized guests are not allowed on the property without host permission.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. A $750 fine will be assessed for evidence of smoking ANYWHERE on the property.

Quiet time is 10pm to 7am. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. The homeowners association enforces quiet hours.
