Enjoy the 4 seasons and the mountain fresh air at this peaceful, cushy 3 bedroom condo. The community is tucked way in the pines. It's close proximity to lakes, markets, entertainment, and Sunrise Ski Resort makes this the perfect getaway location. Our condo features a fully upgraded kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops. Enjoy, relax, and maybe get a little creative in our bohemian style master bedroom with art area. There is a floodlight outdoor camera at the exterior front door for renters security and safety. There is plenty of room for the entire family at this fun Pinetop retreat!

well stocked property

We were for adults, and really enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Eachroom had a portable fan. The air conditioner was in the kitchen but didn’t quite circulate throughout the living area. it was easy to use both TVs that had some prime channels. we would happily stay here again, especially if the AC was a little larger.

Comfort in the Pines

My son, daughter, and I spent half of our spring break visiting another daughter and her husband in Pinetop. It snowed almost the entire time so we spent a lot of it relaxing in the warm and cozy condo. There was ample room for the 5 of us to cook, watch movies, and play games. It was perfect as my daughter who lives there doesn’t have room to host us. The unit is not the most updated but very comfortable and well stocked. Check in and communication with the owner was fast and seamless. Great stay!

Great place in the pines!

Felt right at home with room for friends. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to hiking trails and fun restaurants with entertainment. We will bs back next year for another month in beautiful Pinetop.

Nice job place and heaters work well even for old style wall heaters. Master bed was not very comfortable but the other three beds were really nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Overnight Stay

The home was amazing and located close to things. Furnishings were great, comfortable and would be glad to stay again. It was commented that we should have stayed for a second day. Thanks for having a great property.

Excellent and enjoyable place!

6 of us stayed here for 4 night (new year)! We chose this place because the 3 rooms were perfect for us. A nice living room to get together but also rooms with TVs for when you wanted to spend some time alone. We would definitely consider this place for next stays in northern Arizona. The place has all essentials and more. The host was very responsive as well.

Condo is nice and as described. It is on the second floor, so if access is a concern take this into account. This was not a concern for us, but it should be considered.

Tennis Team Retreat

We enjoyed the property. Initially had a hiccup with communication, but figured it all out. The top bunk bed was not convenient for senior ladies to use; we had to go out and buy toilet paper, less than 1/2 a roll in each, too few towels, good thing we brought our own. Washer smells, maybe run a cleaner in it? Pricing was excellent.

Awesome Experience

We rented this condo for 13 days in August. Our host was very responsive and answered any queries in a timely manner. The condo is in a quiet setting in the Pinetop Crossing neighborhood. It was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The window AC unit in the master bedroom was a real plus. The ceiling fans, stationary fans, and screen doors provided ample cool air during our stay. The condo is located near the Pinetop Lakes Golf Course and the Pinetop CC. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Month in this condo was great!

We spent a month in the summer at this condo. It was well equipped with lots of blankets for the cold nights, as well as plenty of fans and a portable a/c for when the days were warmer. The owner was quick to reply whenever I messaged her during the reservation process as well as during our stay there. Plenty of supplies for our cleaning/laundry needs and all the cookware needed for prepping meals. All appliances were in great condition and the fridge even seemed brand new. Lots of thoughtful details throughout to make our stay comfortable...art desk in master perfect for work computers, books/games/puzzles in guestroom for pleasure, high speed internet and TVs all had streaming services available, plenty of seating throughout. The living/kitchen/bedrooms had a current, updated vibe...and even though bathrooms didn't look remodeled, they were absolutely spotless. It was a pleasure staying here!
